This office is amazing! They are very efficient, knowledgeable, and so easygoing. The staff are very kind and are great at putting you at ease. They are great with explaining treatment plans and working with payment schedules. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and the whole visit I felt at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

My daughter (3.5 years old) had an appt to day to get 2 cavities filled. Dr. Chan and team are AMAZING! It was a quick procedure and they made her feel very comfortable and talked her through the entire process. She did great and was super excited to get a toy in the end :) We've been taking our daughter there for a couple of years now and she is always excited to go....even when it's to get cavities filled...hahah

Today I had my first experience with Cypress Dental. Let me start off by saying that they came very highly recommended by friends and co-workers. Most people are a little uneasy about going to the dentist in the first place as was I. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I walked out was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had visiting a dentist office. Everyone was great! They made me feel like family! Anywhere else I have been the people make you feel almost ashamed of having to be there. Cypress Dental is hands down the best I have ever felt leaving the dentist. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Any future dental needs my family or I may have will only be cared for here, at Cypress Dental. CASE CLOSED.

Had an emergency and didn’t have a primary dentist. Saw the reviews and was hoping they could help. I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist and everyone was so kind. From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Chan's office exceeded all expectations. It is so complimentary to know that these working professionals are upholding the finest standards during a time of terrific hardship.
Apparently the office was closed for about 7 weeks. I am a new patient who was due for a cleaning and a TX plan for some other minor work.
I love the order of operations better than any other dentist I've encountered in my decade living here.
The Dr came in after xrays and went over everything. Then I had a truly fantastic cleaning. I usually get the cavitron and prefer it, but due to COVID they're only able to perform manual cleanings. But tbh this cleaning was perfect and honestly looks and feels better than my last cavitron experience.
I think Dr. C is easy to talk to, has a perfect and pleasant disposition.
The prices are also very FAIR! I am so happy to know that, irrespective of what insurance pays, I'll still be able to complete the work I need done within the year.
At my dentist in the east bay, it looked like I'd need to take out a second mortgage lol
Like anyone, I'm usually quick to hop on here and warn others when ive had a truly horrible experience, and it's so nice to come on and tell people all about this excellent dentist and the staff who work for him, especially the hygienists!

Clear, competent, professional, friendly, from the phone and desk staff, to the dental assistant to Dr. Chan himself. With a semi-emergency at 10 a.m., I was in the chair with a dental assistant by 12:10, and meeting the doctor by 12:30 even though I was a first time patient. Excellent!
