Put simply: the people at this office will take care of you.
As someone who is on the autistic spectrum, dentist's offices are some of the hardest places for me to go. I have not had a bad experience working with these people. The staff is extremely friendly. They make as many accommodations as they can to ensure that you are never overwhelmed. They make it feel less like a sterilized, painful experience, and more like they really care about taking care of you and your smile. Basically, they make it feel the way it should be. I have had some fairly intensive procedures done here but I have never felt overwhelmed by what or how they are doing them, they always make me feel comfortable and supported.
Dr. Chan is super careful and very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is awesome. I know that my teeth aren't pristine and perfect, but if I have a problem, I know Dr. Chan will tell me straight up in a kind and informative manner. (Trust me, I ask obsessive questions). He doesn't BS me, and most importantly he lets me know how I can fix whatever issue I have.

I have never felt so comfortable at a dentists office. The whole staff, from the front office to the dental hygienist to Dr. Chan, was absolutely phenomenal. They're so caring and personable. I'm so happy that my friend told me about Cypress Dental. I highly recommend them😃

Both my husband and I became patients of Dr. Chan's within the last year. We are both very impressed with him. Not only does he provide excellent care, he thoroughly explains what he is going to do and the associated cost. He has an expertly run office and the staff are very pleasant. I just had my cleaning done by a male dental hygienist, Craig, and he was great. I have a bleeding gum issue and Craig explained in detail what I need to do going forward to avoid the bleeding and Dr. Chan also provided instructions on needed preventative care. The office is a busy place yet you don't feel like a number - you have a sense that there is no rush and anything you want to ask will be fully and carefully answered. Overall, a really great place!
