Dr. Napoles is VERY unprofessional. Cussing and kicking the walls in front of his patients. And the way he talks to and treats his staff is unacceptable. I felt so horrible for them. Had some in tears. Maybe it's time for him to retire.

I was wary about making an appointment at this place from the get-go because I'd heard about dentists performing rough work on teeth and a lack of professionalism. Since we didn't have dental insurance I made an appointment for my husband to have an initial cleaning and some x-rays because they offer a free first appointment without insurance. We made the appointment (the soonest they had was a month out). A week before the appointment, I got an email to confirm his appointment, so I followed the link and completed that confirmation. I even filled out all his paperwork online for an efficient visit. We were all set for his appointment. Two days before his appointment, they called my husband to confirm his appointment. This was confusing as I had already done so online. The receptionist based in Minot was very rude to him and kept asking him if he had extraordinary pain in his teeth. My husband did not. The receptionist proceeded to tell him that they would need to reschedule him if he wasn't having constant pain. (even though they should have known this when I answered that exact question for him in the online confirmation, AND when I initially made the appointment) My husband asked if she was calling to confirm his appointment or tell him he didn't have one, and she said "well both." The reason they gave for this is because of the demand for services amidst Covid, they could only take patients with constant pain. If this was their policy, why would they not tell us this when we made the appointment (in the midst of Covid)? or confirmed it online? Minot Aspen has terrible customer service. We waited a month for this appointment and now have to wait another month to get into an actual dentist. Aspen is a joke. I guess I should have expected that with a CHAIN dentist. ALWAYS take your business to the family owned business in your town. We are GLADLY paying $300+ out of pocket to a family dentist where we would have paid zero dollars to Aspen for the same services.

My first appointment here was very good. A little mechanical, but no issues. They were not able to see me again for a whole yr, for just a teeth cleaning. Come a month before my appointment they rescheduled because of covid. I get it. Rescheduled for Dec, then again in Jan and now can't get me in till March!? Seems like games. Waste of time and energy. Im out. Would not recommend them.

Great staff, super friendly! We drove 3 hrs to get our cleaning and checkup done here. We have no dental insurance and the cost to drive and pay for our visit was 1/3 the price than if we stayed local. Definitely recommend them!

Even though very busy during my appointment time, the staff was very attentive, courteous, and professional. There was no shortage of detailed explanations and patience. I found my new dental center.

BEWARE!!!!! This place scammed me and told me I had a cavity that needed filled but in reality it didnt need to be. I went in to get a cavity filled and nobody told me that they were basically going to drill my entire tooth away until I needed a root canal that costs $3000 out of pocket the doctor i got was very lacking when it came to giving me information that was crucial. Would not reccomend. I now have a flat tooth that is cutting into my cheek and it is very sensitive.

The office was very clean, nice open seating space. The ladies were nice. This dentist was much more detailed then others. I don't understand why the dentists that was seen from before never gave the details that was given at Aspen Dental. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to people who need to know details. People who know they will be taken good care of. Unfortunately our Job requires we travel but I will be making another appointment soon as we get settled. Thanks to all the staff at Aspen dental!!!!

Staff is super friendly and professional. They explain everything thoroughly and provided great service. I went in needing a lot of serious dental work and from start to finish every member of the staff assisted in ensuring I received everything I wanted at an affordable cost. After 12 years of pain, low confidence, and dealing with multiple dentists that discouraged me I finally found a team that was certain they could give me a great smile again and they did!

The moment you walk in the door the place just seems top notch. I was greated by the polite and very welcoming receptionist. Hardly had any wait before my appointment. The Dr performing the full exam was very welcoming and polite making sure she was taking care of me and that my mouth was important. Following the exam I sat down with the officer manager Carla. She is very intelligent, informative and genuinely concerned about my oral needs. I'm waiting for my benefits to start and I'll be back.

Overall a really good experience. Staff was caring, friendly, and kind. Only downside was follow up. I needed additional dental procedures done elsewhere and Aspen stated they would get it all set up and get back to me. They never did and I went back and inquired and was told they would look into it. Again never heard back. It was discouraging because they lay out this big plan of care needed for you and then nothing happens. Ended up going elsewhere. If they cant get their ducks in a row after two inquiries its time to move on.
