I was not impressed with Aspen Dental's money driven agenda. I did not feel like my dental health was their first priority here. The x-ray process was very painful and wait times were a bit outrageous (45 minutes past appointment time.) I came here to recieve a simple cleaning, which was then divided up into three separate appointments. They tried very hard to badger me into getting several other treatments. I found these treatments to be rather excessive considering my overall good health of my teeth. The staff seemed very nice, but this business plan is not patient friendly. Will not be returning.

I called and set up an appt for a cleaning...which I thought. I went there as I was up for a cleaning. They took x-ray after x-ray and then had the dentist come in and review things with me. Then said they never had time for a cleaning that day. If they aren’t going to schedule a cleaning when you call and say that’s what you need to come in for...they need to tell you that. I sure wouldn’t have chose Aspen Dental!!! Not impressed!!

Best practice I've ever been to! Very knowledge staff. They explain everything well. I had some staining on my front teeth and the hygenist was able to remove ALL of it during my cleaning. I was so thrilled! Very impressed!

I would not return to this place. The first day of exam was awsome. The extraction of a tooth was horrible. I felt like I was going to lose other teeth as they were being used for leverage to pull out the one that was broken off in pieces. In the end it ended up being cut into 3 pieces and pulled easily . Something that should have been done sooner. My jaw is still sore. I was told that the dentist would call and see how I was doing. No phone call. Do not intend on returning.Expensive. Where else do you get charged just to get the work done before they know if they have to do more work.

Do not go here under any circumstances. They do not have a hygienist and will not tell you this until you have gone through xray and a charged exam.

They will cancel appointments because they can only do certain procedures on specific days, and will not tell you this until the week of, even though the appointment was scheduled two months in advance.

Worst dental company ever if i could give a zero star I would, first off we only went to them because they were under our insurance. Took forever to even get taken back for your appointment, no point having a appointment time because you won’t get in till hours later. They pulled one of my husbands teeth and it took like 4 hours, they took forever to send prescriptions to the pharmacy. Another visit my husband had an infection in his tooth and they told him he needed a root canal ASAP but they couldn’t do it so they would refer him to someone else and gave him pills, never heard from the referral. The pills made him throw up and we were told at the er that he should have been prescribed anti-nausea meds with the other pills but they couldn't even do that. Then when the tooth got worse and he was in and out of the emergency room they showed no concern on doing anything, except giving more pills took forever to even get a call back. Found someone else to pull the tooth which by the way took an hour, turns out a root canal would not have helped the tooth had to go which this dentist could tell from the xrays, now my husband is in the hospital with a severe infection that could have killed him. The fact that Aspen showed no urgency in their patients well being blows my mind, their go to is pills always.. definitely will be going somewhere else from now on not wasting another dime on the company.

For over half a year my girlfriend has been trying to apply her insurance to a bill. She's gone in twice to your building and they have not done a thing about it. They keep resending her the same bill. Absolutely pathetic and the sheer laziness of this staff here is amazing. Crooks.

The office and dental staff are very friendly, but the office seems to be very understaffed. The cleaning appointments are not 6 months apart, as recommended, but rather 9 months apart, as that is their soonest available. The dentist recommends replacing an old filling right away, but their soonest available scheduled appointment is 3 months out. The hygienist left in the middle of my cleaning for about 15 minutes to complete a New Patient Exam on another patient.

My daughter had an appointment they changed her appointment for earlier and o received no calls for and update. I had my appointment schedule today and I have all of their emails they sent me when I walk in the lady at the front desk told me I'm not in their system and they have no space for me thay some one should of called me to confirm but no body did. They ate not coordinated and they lack or communication is really bad they need improvement I told her to take me and my daughter off their system because I'm really u satisfied with their service.

Aspen dental is really not a good place to go. I had feeling redone twice and my teeth hurt so bad. I can eat anything cold or hot. I paid a lot of money to get my teeth fixed and they hurt so bad.
