People are friendly and staff is willing to go above and beyond. Personally I hate going to any dental professional, braces 🤬, and it's cash up front. So, if I didn't have to go, I wouldn't. I am treated like a customer and patient not a beggar like Dental Care Assoc did. Aspen is just overall a better experience.

Had an appointment to get a filling done at 9 a.m. sat in the chair until 10:30 a.m.when I finally got my mouth numbed top and bottom. When the dentist finally came back in around 11:00 to do the work, he started drilling on my tooth and decided there was something wrong with the equipment. I was told sorry you will have to come back another day. 2 weeks later I finally got a call back after calling them numerous times and they said I cannot have an appointment until June 2020 this is November 2019. Pist off to say the least.

Had all of my teeth pulled in July of '17. Staff is pretty good, office is nice. Got full dentures here. Dont regret the work, but keep having to go back for readjusting every couple of months. Cant figure out why I cant just be able to get it right so I can start eating comfortably again and enjoying food again.
When I call for an adjustment appointment, it takes 2 weeks to get in. I am running out of vacation time and sick leave at work making trips to town for this.
Like I said, I dont regret having the work done, as my old teeth were poisoning my body, but when it takes 20 minutes to eat a cheeseburger, I just dont eat, and that's not very healthy either.
If I weren't so vain, I would give them back and find somewhere else to go that would help me out, but I am not going out in public with no teeth.
...And thats all I have to say about that for now. :-(

Aspen does not have a hygienist at Minot ND, which caused me to reschedule my appointment to Bismarck ND. This change caused me to drive an extra 3 hours, about two hundred miles, (there and back), for my appointment. Due to this issue, it caused me additional cost and a setback for my dental treatment. I believe this business should address this problem immediately to service their patients, from Minot ND, in a better manner. On a better note, the hygienist at Bismarck, Alexis, provided Outstanding service. She is a very professional and delightful hygienist.

I would have given a -10 on stars for the way I have been treated by the front end staff, When i made my 1st appointment with them i had to wait 3 hours to be seen because with out my knowledge i got the call center and who ever took my call just put a note in saying i had confirmed my appointment, so I got there and was told my appointment was canceled. Now I am trying to get a amount that I have to pay to get my teeth pulled and dentures made 1st appointment my quote was $7599.00 and now it is 8450.00 now I do have insurance and a discount plan . Two weeks ago I was told my insurance would pay 4000.00 and some thing was told to get a discount plan and i did. After I got my plan numbers in i called again to give that and was told that my insurance only pays 2000.00 and my discount plan only pays a little so i would have over 4000.00 to still pay. As Far as I am concerned the front end staff needs to learn there job and how to not make people unwelcome and they made me feel very discriminated because I am not rich and I would find another dentist in town but they are the only ones that take my insurance. I dont want a bunch of negative comments on this just trying to let people know to watch out.

I initially went because I was having gum pain, I have a cavity that needed to be taken care of. But I was told I had to have my teeth cleaned and the cavity never came up. It's been over 3 weeks and my gums are inflamed again and I'm in soooo much pain. This issue should have been resolved first. I'm never going back, I'm going to transfer to a dentist who will take care of my pain. Very disappointed. I called them and they said just alternate aspirin and ibuprofen. But that's not helping. I'm ready to go to the er.

Scam!!!!Scam!!!! Made an appointment and was advised because of the pandemic wear mask but when I arrived no one was and no one was advised that they need too. Social distance was not practice. This felt like a dental school. One dentist who had a lot of students. He walk from one room to the other. Review chart and gave his opinion and then he left me with the student. Went to next client. If you are looking for professional affordable clean faculties don't come here. I only got xray done, which when I took them to another place found out they still didn't get all of my xray. Was told that in order to make another appointment I need to pay for my next service upfront, which I did and then I received a bill before the appointment saying they applied my money towards previous charges. I had insurance and paid a copays so I didn't understand how. I set another appointment with another dentist and asked for a refund, which I called for a month to get the run around and then later told I owe them money now. Smh. This joke of a place.

Went there a month to the date ago for a few fillings that they said HAD to be done and two of which were ones they claimed needed to be replaced. Considering how horrific my postpartum and self care was for awhile, I could see this being a possibility.

A two hour appointment was booked. They then told me that I had to pay in advance again and that the dentist was running late and that they were short staffed. Three hours later and having to be renumbed they began work. The dentist was in there for less than twenty minutes, super rushed and wouldn’t talk to me during the four fillings. A month later and two have just fallen out. When I called to talk to a dentist they told me I had to make appointment. But I’m so anxious to even go back there. Meanwhile I have two open spots in my mouth and I have no idea where to go in this town because I don’t have any trust them. I have never had a filling fall out or felt so rushed.

This morning was my first time at this office, and will be my last!! The receptionist was uncaring and completely unhelpful from the moment I walked in. When I tried to check in she told me my appointment had been cancelled because I failed to respond to their text & phone message. I infact attempted to respond twice and both failed. Then She told me I needed to fill out paperwork which I had already submitted on line. She disrespectfully told me I needed to print it out and bring it in. Nothing on their website instructioned me to do so. All this while trying to make it look like my fault. I decided to leave
and take my business elsewhere. I will NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE.

Nothing wrong with the staff, dentist, hygienist and stay girl were great. My issue is that I called Aspen for a cleaning and talked with someone who is not from Minot, told them I wanted cleaning. He gave me appointment 2 months in advance. Show up get the inspection and then told come back in 9 months for the cleaning. I thought that's what I called and asked for. Wasted day. All that stuff competed is a waste that was done today since in 9 months teeth can change. Thank God it was free. I would have gave 1 star but staff is top notch.
