Aspen Dental

I made my appointment last Thursday and was seen today. The ladies up front called me and told me I would be there for an hour and half to see the doctor and then sit down with the office manager after that. It was great. I was very nervous going into the office and left blown away by my experience. I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone, you can tell they really love their jobs and patients.

I'm thanking all of those who wrote a review here. After reading through them, I will definitely not go to Aspen Dental. It's difficult finding quality dentistry in Minot. It sad enough hearing about the nightmarish experiences that many people have had there, although I do concede there being some good encounters there, as well. Those are not enough, however. The idea of paying before services rendered and then waiting around for the appointment is ridiculous. I appreciate the warnings. . .

With someone who has a horrible time with anxiety surrounding anything with dental care, I honestly could not have ask for a better team. I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed while awake and was having panic attacks before arriving. The staff helped calm all my worries and even allowed me to wear headphones during everything. The headphones kept falling off my head and the dental assistants kept placing them back and made sure they stayed. I was completely numb and didn’t feel a thing, the doctor himself cracked jokes and made me laugh leaving me feeling like I was surround by friends. 100% recommend!

This place is a joke. Booked an appointment they canceled with no notice, hour and a half drive one way. Rescheduled for 5 days later and got canceled again. Horrible

Had my first appointment today at 11:30. Arrived at 11:15 am as asked to fill out new patient paperwork. It’s been over an hour and I have not been seen yet.Why have me make an appointment if you’ll just have me wait an arbitrary amount of time without any explanation or apologies. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Wish I could give zero stars. Do not recommend.

Went in for free consultation, wound up with 135 dollar toothbrush and signing finance papers for a few thousand bucks. But I'm not surprised, it's been close to 20 years since my last checkup and my teeth were cracking so and gums hurting despite brushing /flossing twice daily. This needs to be taken care of, and if have to skip eating out couple times a week to pay for it, so be it. They had a very pleasant and professional manner and explained all that needed to done. As for the toothbrush, it was handed to me during my exit consultation with no mention of cost. If I had known that I would have not gotten it,, but I'm glad they did, I will never go back to my old manual toothbrush. This thing has differnt heads, variable speeds and a built timer! Maybe if I had this thing to begin with, my teeth wouldn't be in such rough shape. So, if offered one, get it. All in all, happy so far,!

Great fast & friendly service! They let me know I can get my teeth straight with Invisalign, which I'm not able to do at this time, but may do in their future.
The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth didn't really thorough job. Top notch visit!

I have been going to Aspen for awhile now and I absolutely love the employees there. I definitely feel no judgements with how bad my teeth or my heath is, or if I have to cancel appointments, and help me find the best and cheapest treatments that work for my family and I. I love how kind and caring the staff is, they remember you and your kids and truly care about you as a person. Best dentist ever

Excellent experience. I don't see many reviews for extractions and dentures here so I'll do it. I live 3 hours away from this location but took a chance anyway. I got my consultation on a Monday. I wanted an upper denture and 10 extractions. I paid cash money and asked for the next available appointment for the procedure. One of the dentists (Dr. Napoles) stayed late past his shift to do my impressions and he did such an amazing job that I didn't gag once. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. My procedure was scheduled for that coming Friday. They gave me a prescription for halcion and sent me on my way. On Friday the pills did an amazing job relaxing me and my dentist Dr. Schneibel did an excellent job! She is gentle and caring and I'll follow her to her new location in Bismarck. I adore her. The immediate denture they made on site for me fits perfectly! Kudos to that person too!! I'm so so so very pleased with this location. Every single person I dealt with was an absolute pleasure. The office manager was outstanding, the xray tech, the hygienists, everyone! I will recommend this location to anyone who needs to get a denture and is nervous about it. Absolutely one of the best dental experiences I've ever had.

After making an appointment I received an email requesting several pages of information. I filled it out and submitted it only to find out that I had to do it again on their iPad (which was sticky and nasty).

The receptionist wasn't very kind. She was curt and argumentative at our first meeting. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she may be having a bad day. However, the patient that arrived after me was treated with extreme respect and kindness. It should be noted that Sierra bent over backwards to try and help us. But the receptionist continued her disrespectful and argumentative tone.

I left and will never patronize Aspen Dental again. It's not just stressful for healthcare workers during COVID. They should realize it's just as stressful for us seniors trying to keep up on our preventative care.
