I have *never* felt more relaxed in a dental office. Arica made me feel welcome from the first moment I walked in the door; Jess was incredibly efficient and friendly and took my mind off getting x-rays. Dr. Latinow was very thorough in her exam and so gentle, I have very little reservation about returning for treatment. Nichole was friendly and set my mind at ease about everything, including cost and financing - and she's got one of the best laughs ever! I can't recommend this office highly enough. I have to go back to the dentist and I'm not terrified and that's the highest praise I can give.

I waited 30 minutes past my appointment to even get called back from the lobby. Finally got my x-rays and saw the doctor to examine my teeth 1 hour after appointment. Then went to another room (3rd) to get cleaning and waited another 1/2 hour for hygienist. I was in the office for 2 1/2 hours for a cleaning. This is unacceptable.

I just wanted a cleaning. You have to have x-rays and a check up before a cleaning, ok fine. Get the check up and now I have $500 worth of other things to take care of. I'm not allowed to get just a cleaning. I also HAVE to get the other $500 worth of care they recommend if I want a cleaning. Will be going to get a second opinion somewhere else. Maybe someone else will be willing to just clean my teeth.

I am not pleased with my experiences. It took forever to get in initially (I understood they were new to the area, but it took 3 months to get in!). The staff was friendly on my first visit, very pushy with the side products/services. When I went back in for my filling a couple weeks later, I was not given enough Novocain and had to stop them to give me more. When the guy was giving me the first round of Novocain, I flinched and moaned a little bc of the pain and he said "you're fine" in a very rude tone. Again, I had to stop them to give me more Novocain after that.
I decided to see if the newness wore off and give them another try. My most recent experience, they were 15 min late getting me back for my appointment. They stopped after my "cleaning" to go do another persons new client exam! They told me the dr would be in to do his exam in the mean time, and he never showed. They then polished and flossed my teeth and said we were just waiting for the dr to do my exam. I was schedule a follow-up appointment for 6 months from now during that time. I was again told the dr would be in shortly. When I asked how long "shortly" was, they told me "oh your teeth look good, we can just have him do the exam next time". By the point I was too mad to care and left. I more than likely won't go to that follow-up appointment and will not recommend anyone else go there.

I went to aspen for a check up and they told me what had to be done was a root canal. They told me that they where going to set up an appointment to get the root canal done with a different place, so I said that it was fine. Fast forward 15 days and I got no call from anybody, so I called them to see if everything was okay, and they said that they were going to send my information once again. So I waited again, this time for 25 days, and there's still nothing. I had to set up an appointment with a different place and they got it done the very next week, but by the time they got my root canal done they told me that my tooth had died. I was in a lot of pain the night before and I also had a lot of swelling, all because I waited too long to get it done. I little feedback in 40+ days about the status of my appointment would have been nice.

I went to Aspen Dental for a routine cleaning and checkup. They won't do a cleaning on your first appointment as a new patient so it was really just x-rays the first time. They are VERY pushy about the side services; it felt like going to a used car lot. The dentist told me I needed several crowns and tons of cavities filled. If I didn't get the crowns done ASAP I would need root canals. They gave me a paper saying I needed $3-4k worth of work done. This didn't sound right to me because I was 24 and take fairly good care of my teeth. I got a second opinion and the second dentist said I have a couple small cavities but definitely nothing that warranted a crown. I'm writing this review a year later because they have started calling my phone daily while I'm at work and not leaving a message. I called back and they said they don't know why they're calling me... maybe it's an automated system. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not go to Aspen Dental.

The service was great and the people were very professional and nice. I dont like initially having to go through a customer service line. I applied months ago and when they called to schedule my appointment I said I'd think about it. The pricing out of pocket wasnt much different from my regular dentist. Then she said if I booked now there would be a special pricing of $75 so I made an appointment. They were so far booked out. Like any other dentist they make you take the xrays with them first eventhough I had mine done 5 months ago. When they called to confirm my appointment they said they couldnt guarentee I'd get in for a cleaning. And they saw nothing about a special cleaning price. I was very irritated but decided whatever I need a cleaning and wasnt going to wait any longer. That's something that should have been explained to me initially. I didn't opt for 4 stars bc it isnt the clinic itself's fault. Every dentist I've gone to exam the fit of my retainer and clean them for me. I was told they charge more for that. I found that odd. Also a take home baggie is optional. Is that what is part of what I am paying for? Then yes I want one eventhough I dont need it lol. But I opted not to bc I truely didnt need it. I will be going back. The doctor is very generous and is highly spoken of. I would reccomend it to anyone but more so to someone who really needs to come up with a game plan to fix their teeth.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was LIED to repeatedly. They will say ANYTHING to get you in the door then before I even sat down in the waiting room the receptionist was hounding me for my insurance card. I asked her again about whether they provide the services I was promised when I made the appointment & she said oh no we don't do that but I need your insurance card anyway. Are you kidding me? I spoke on the phone with these people 4 times & was told 4 times that they provide dental implants which is why I was there. Then upon arriving I was told they don't provide that service. I AM FURIOUS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

I will not recommend Aspen dental to anyone and I would not have given a star at all if I didn't have to, to write this review. I went in for a filling and the dentist refused to do the filling. Stating (very rudely) that there was absolutely no point filling my tooth because all my top teeth had to be pulled. His explanation why was because of natural wear and tear "there's just no point". My teeth are not rotting (I know what that looks like), I do grind them, but the lack of evidence to back up his statement and his approach were beyond horrifying. I will never return nor will I recommend.

Terrible Patient Priorties and Staff who I don’t think really cares. I noticed that there’s a review already posted by Claudio that pretty much sums up our experience. They failed to send the correct information to two dentistry’s regarding root canal for a dog bite and then the desk failed to inform their patient of all of her options regarding her Xrays being sent. I’m hoping this doesn’t affect her overall health. Overall feeling as though they failed us as a dentist office.
