10/10 recommend coming here if you don’t like your teeth. I have the absolute worst fear and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, everyone here did whatever they could to make me calm and comfortable. Honestly they went above and beyond! They also transformed my smile and I love it again!

Friendly staff, resonably priced!!! If that was all you needed, billing became continuous problem. Customer service struggles correcting billing errors, and never get back to you when they say they will. You talk to different people and they just put you off until it's to late. Will never ever go back to Aspen dental again!

It has been some time since I was at the dentist , being honest , with moving then Covid it was not great for getting things done in public places .
But by necessity I found myself needing dental work and it was going to cost an estimated amount I figured out in my head.
I was happy to see if you research on the Aspen Dental site the ability to get prices so you can actually know what it will be .
So from the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted and directed by knowledgeable, extremely courteous and what turns out to be genuinely nice people. The best part is these people , everyone of them were totally professional and did I mention nice.
The practice is well organized, clean , respectful and conscious of you safety and your time .
The location I was at was at a great location right in the middle of my regular shopping patterns, making it convenient and they really were respectful of my time.
The lab on site and the detail of the dentist just made it a completely well executed visit.
I saw and read the reviews prior to going .
From what I saw personally and read on the reviews I would suspect the people who wrote really bad reviews didn’t talk to the staff to say there was an issue or didn’t realize or research prices before hand . Because they were spot on from the estimate I worked out on their web site the total I got prior to going was within 5.00 dollars of my budget based on ten minutes on their web site.
I hate to make this such a great review but it really was as I’m telling it.

My husband had to go in a few weeks ago for extraction on a broken tooth and said the staff treated him very well, was kind and that his team was very professional. I went in yesterday for tooth pain and did not share his experience.
The (unmasked) receptionist had me verify sensitive information verbally with other people in the waiting room.
Next, I went for x-rays, which is understandable.
The woman who read them was, well, abrasive is an understatement. She wasted no time in telling me that my teeth were in poor repair, which I knew. I don't visit the dentist as often as I should due to anxiety and this is a prime example of why.
This woman, who I believe is named Sierra, told me that if I didn't want to take care of my teeth, I should just have them pulled. She then did a percussion and cold test and, when I signaled that I was in pain, she said I was exaggerating.
She recommended some work to be done, but added that I should consider whether I want to pay for work if I'm just going to continue neglecting my oral health, reiterating that pulling teeth is less expensive than fixing them.
I asked about my oral pain and she seemed to brush it off, saying it was gingivitis.
She then asked the woman who did my x-rays why I didn't have a comprehensive exam instead of the limited I'd been booked for, got upset at the scheduler, and left after saying she was going to go yell at him.
When I relayed this information to my husband, he was in disbelief and stated this woman was the same person he saw, except she was professional with him.
All in all, very disheartening. There was no resolution for my oral pain and now I get to wait for two weeks to get a comprehensive exam which, I'd bet money, will not include any resolution either. These guys just seem to want the money. Aspen dental gets a one star from me and an extra star for my husband's experience.

My first visit was today I had a checkup and cleaning. Very efficient clean and modern facility with caring staff that paid close attention to what my needs were.

These are the nicest people ever! From the front door (reception) clear through to my visit with the dentist, and on to the finance person, everything is handled with the utmost dignity and respect. Not once did I feel like I was being ignored. The wait time was virtually non-existent throughout my visit, even though I received a phone call before my scheduled time to be there telling me that I would have a bit of a wait. But not at all! It had been a really long time since I had seen a dentist (lazy!) and I expected to be shamed by the dentist for the lengthy delay, but I heard all nice things!! I was not shamed! I am so happy I made Aspen Dental my first choice when it became very clear I could not put off a dental visit for any longer. Will definitely follow any suggested schedule for return visits. Thank you, Aspen Dental, for the excellent customer service!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very courteous and and explained everything in terms that you could understand, he explained the available courses of action that we could take, and explained all options in detail. The office manager helped out a great deal and explained all payment options and finance options available, and worked hard to get the financing approved. The nursing staff were all very kind and accommodating, they were a benefit and asset to the dental office. The front desk staff were also stellar and did everything they could to make the experience a great one. I would and will recommend aspen dental to the everybody I know

A very caring staff. I feel I got the best advice and care possible. They also took care of what would normally be a different appointment on the same day because of the distance I traveled and the need to get it done ASAP. I felt lucky to have gotten an appointment when I needed it.
