I was visiting from out of State. Couldn't handle the pain from a broken tooth anymore so we went to Aspen Dental in Rapid City, SD. The best experience Ever!!! All of the staff were amazing!! From the time we walked in to the time we walked out was 2 hours. Some may think that is a long time but for us we thought it was great, we had no appointment and had never been there before, had an exam, xray, tooth extraction and out the door. Everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Amazing staff!!!

I am very disappointed with my first visit. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15. My time was verified when I came in.. I was there before 2 and completed the information needed on computer. 2:15 comes and goes and I hear them call another person back for an appointment at the same time. I wait patiently. Finally I ask how long after the appointed time does one have to wait. I was then asked what time was my appointment. I said 2:15. The front desk clerk replies we have you at 3:00. I said impossible. I received a call from you all and 2 emails verifying the time and date. She says we will try and get you back as soon as possible. I said no thank you. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. Why should I. I had to take off work for a bogus appointment. Will not be returning. I know mistakes can happen but don't sign someone in and verify the appointment then change it without saying anything.

So I've been having a lot of issues with my teeth and these guys are affordable and kind. They sqeezed me in on last minute so that maybe I get some sleep. Everyone I worked with was awesome!

They told me my options on cost to fix a tooth loosing a filling with a chip in it .I choose to wait for insurance and save 300.00 !! I believe that they work with ya when you're insurance became unavailable in their network.the told me how to care for tooth until nov.2022.said call right away if I get pain oro filling falling out.Folks there are kind enough and fast on some days

My visit went real well majority of the time I was there. The girls and the doctor were very friendly and informative. I was sure to have found MY dentist.
At the end of my visit, I spoke to a guy that handled billing and appointments, I suppose. A future appointment was never discussed, as he was only interested in getting my money right then and there. I told him I refuse to pay for extractions that haven't been done yet. He said he requires the payment up front in case I cancel my appointment, that way they already have their money. That didn't make any sense to me. I've had extractions before and I paid the day of my appointment. After refusing to give him money, he said he can set me up with a payment plan, to which I told him I don't need a payment plan, I have no problem paying for the extractions on the day the service is provided. Then he offered to refer me to an oral surgeon. I declined and told him I will search for another dentist myself.
If it weren't for that guy hounding me for money, I would have liked to return to Aspen Dental, as the girls and doctor won me over. Even though I'm in bad pain and really need these teeth out, I will be looking for another dentist to go to for the extractions.

I drove 356 miles to Aspen Dental and I would drive 500 if I had to. I am going back for all my dental work. I was treated so well there. I actually got treated like a person instead of something else. Love it and the staff. I travel far but they made my trip well worth it.
