Absolutly horrible customer service I had a cap come off and asked if they could glue it back on in the next couple days as I was going on vacation in 3 days
Nope soonest would be in 2 1/2 months
Seems like they see an opportunity to make more money so they extend the time out so the caplets tooth rots and the cap will not fit so now instead of charging 100 to re glue it you have to do a complete new cap for $2000
That is what happened on a cavity I had it was small in July but they couldn't get me in until December by that time there was nothing left of the tooth so they pulled it hoping i would do a post and tooth
I called another dentist and they got me in at 8 am the next day 15 min in there and 1 xray and reglue and $96 and I was out of there
