Burks Dentistry

I have been to several dentists over the years and Dr. Burks and his staff are THE BEST!!! Dr. Burks takes time to talk to his patients and really makes you feel at ease. I know there is no such thing as a "good shot" but he can give me a shot that I hardly know is happening. The staff there is absolutley amazing. They are always so friendly and helpful. I have referred several people there over the years and everyone is just as happy as I am. I highly recommend you call to go see Dr. Burks, Darla, Kim and the rest of the staff. They really are the best in Nashville!

I have had Dr James Burks as my personal and family dentist for over twenty years now and can not say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. Dr Burks is consistently up to date with the best methods for care, makes visits very comfortable, and has become a family friend as well. I am very happy to recommend his services to anyone.

I have been going to Dr Burks as long as I can remember and have had my children raised going to him as well. His office staff is friendly and he is so kind and gentle. I truly trust his expertise and can not be more thankful fir his service!

This is by far the best Dental experience I have ever had. I chose Dr. Burks because the reviews were so good. They were not exaggerated one bit! I can't say enough about this place. From the initial phone call to the office staff (they're friendly, knowledgeable and professional) to the dental work, all the best I've experienced. Absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. As the other reviews point out, Dr. Burks has a special technique with shots that make them barely noticeable. My family and I have been going to see Dr. Burks for over 10 years. I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago (2010) and, to this day, he is my ONLY dentist. I happily travel 5 hours to see him. I will choose no other dentist than Dr. Burks. He prides himself in this business and always keeps a fantastic staff.

Pretty sure with as nice as the WHOLE STAFF is they have a pre req of working for chic fil a. Every person encountered was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!

I have to say this has been the best dentist I have ever been to. They actually care about their patients. I have so much more confidence now because Dr. Burkes gave me a custom brand new one. These veneers have changed my life. Also the staff makes u feel like family. Kelcie is one of my favorites! She is so caring an goes above and beyond to make sure u are comfortable. I love her personality and her energy!! The front desk staff are also super Friendly! Alot of places that you go to the staff can be very rude and it's intimidating and frustrating and just ruins your whole day. I always walk out of this place happy. I definitely recommend coming here!!!!!

It was wonderful as usual. I have very sensitive areas in my mouth and Kathleen did a fabulous job working with that. I always get anxiety when i have to go to the dentist, but Dr. Burks always takes care of me. He has a wonderful staff!!!

My husband and I are transplants from Michigan and Dr. Burks has been our dentist for over 5 years. He is a great dentist, gentle, caring and compassionate. Dr. Burk's staff is quick to get you in if you have a dental issue and Wendy, his hygienist is the best.

Extremely thorough & explained everything being done. As many dentists as I've had I'm really happy I was referred to Burks Dentistry over 3 years ago! Highly recommend!!
