Hands down, the best dentist ever!! I am a "clean teeth" freak...and, oh so vain..I've never had any major dental troubles and was blessed with straight white teeth...that's always been important to me. As we age, everything seems to change a bit. But, I can say my teeth are still healthy
and straight thanks to the past 21 years under the care of Dr. Burks. I would not even consider changing doctors. He's the man! And you may quote me!

As someone who is a bit phobic about dentists, I've found everyone there to be understanding and kind. I've been going there about a year and have found the whole staff to be very good at what they do. I also like that they have made sure I knew of any and all fees/charges ahead of time so there was never any surprises when it was time to pay. I highly recommend.

DO NOT GO to this dentistry office. Administrative staff is very non-cooperative and close-minded, even when given a different phone number by my insurance rep since it was only a two-week-old added benefit and needed to be explained that I could go to any dentist and should be covered up to $1,500. by This is as instructed by insurance company, to see if benefits should be covered. I was told by my insurance company there is a new dental plan, just two weeks old, and they would be glad to explain that I should be covered and how the charges should be billed. Tina, the receptionist, was very adamant that she was not going to do that, since she had spent hours with Cigna already on the phone. Children have a good day, and I had to call back to see if they were even going to offer a way to keep the appointment. Very, very non-compliant.
