The staff was very professional and friendly from scheduling, patient care to billing. Normally, I have a problem somewhere in the Healthcare continuum, not here. I recieved a thorough cleaning. The education and care was revelent and patient centered. Dr. Burks is a very friendly. professional, and relatable physcian. Customer service par excellence. My hygienist was skillfully outstanding, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. Good all around service is hard to find. This Dentist office is a hidden jewel, it has all the qualities one look for in a Dentist office or anywhere for that matter. Thanks you everyone.

Dr. Burks is an excellent dentist. He & his staff are so caring. I have always been nervous about going to a dentist, however he & his assistants walk you through each procedure - putting you at ease - without any pain ! He is good. I have been a patient of his for many years & think he is "the best" !

Wendy the hygienist is exceptional.
While I love Dr. Burks and love to hear his laughter and music through out the office, its nice not to need the extended crown or dental work.
They now offer PH testing and precautionary cancer screenings.
You get a lot of services other dentists don't offer.
AND now they are taking your BP! A mini Dr. visit all in one inclusive.

This place is always on time with appointments. Courteous staff. I joke that since they are located behind a Crispy Crème donut shop that they should give out coupons to their patients, to ensure return visits.

I think I was Dr. Burks first patient appointment and have been going to him for at least 30 years. He is very caring and excellent at his work. I consider him a real friend and enjoyable to be around. I am nearly 80 years old and still have most all of my teeth.
