They are attentive, thorough, and always follow-up with any issues you mention or they notice while cleaning. Wendy keeps great records that she will refer to when needed, and she tells you what she is doing as she cleans so you know what to expect. I've been going to Dr. Burks for over 25 years, he's a great dentist. He is the best at giving numbing shots, I never feel the intitial poke of the needle. His staff is always courteous and the office is inviting.
