Everyone there is very friendly and the office is very efficient at getting people in and taken care of. Dr. Dietz is very friendly and a great dentist and technician at getting problems solved. Love the office staff and Dr. Dietz. Would recommend this practice to anyone

Overall, I had an good experience. I had two complaints. I was told I had a bill of $250 since 2018. I come every 6 months for a routine cleaning and have been there several times due to root canal and emergencies. I don’t understand why I was notified so late for a bill. Luckily, I still could get services but it’s an inconvenience to hear. The dental hygienist is fabulous. She could be a little gentle but overall I’m satisfied

Dr. Dietz and his staff are truly wonderful!!! (Hats off to Shelly and Sheila for being incredibly knowledgeable, patient and caring) Dr. Dietz thoroughly explained my procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I'm always anxious about going to the Dentist, but Dr. Dietz and his staff really took their time and went above and beyond to make my experience stress free. I highly recommend this amazing team.

This dental office is the best I've been to in years. I want full of anxiety and the staff help ease my nerves. I had a root canal done and all went 100% well. I love the dentist Dr. Deitz he is very nice and professional. This will be me and my children dentist from now on. Choose this office. Very wonderful experience. :)

consumer beware at this dental office. i have had a credit balance since my last visit months ago and they will not refund my money after endless calls and failed attempts to reach their home office that are even more evasive than the office mgr at park ave. the receptionist, kristy, and holly the mgr have constantly given me the run around and lies intended to make me wait on credits that do not happen, phone calls that are not returned and emails that never come across. they give you an 800 # to home office that is only a voicemail and no one returns calls there either

The atmosphere is always great, from check-in to check-out. The entire team is wonderful. They are professional yet, down-to-earth. I have never had a problem with any of their services. I actually don't mind going to the dentist!!! 😁
