I spoke with one of the staff on to day which is 08/18/22. The lady was so rude. First she tried telling me they do not take my insurance, when I told her my kids have cigna she got mad. Then she went on to tell me if my insurance denies them i will have to pay out of pocket (as if i was lying about my kisds having cigna insurance) I went on to tell her they want, it comes out of my check every week. then she says "well what are u need done" I said " my children a consultation for braces. Then she got real loud and said "WELL WE DONT DO THAT HERE YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER!" I don't know if this lady was having a bad day ,or just have something against people with strong cultural accents like me; either way something needs to be done about it!
