The staff here are all very knowledgeable and kind! I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental office. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience. They didn't shame me over my mouth full of cavities, and their treatment plan is several thousand dollars cheaper than the one I received 6 months ago from a different practice in Austin. I'm really pleased, will be going back to have work done and for my future cleanings.

I've never had an issue with any dentist I've seen before, but I also never realized how little they had talked to me or explained everything until I came here! Great communication during the exam, and the dental hygienist was much more careful when doing my cleaning than any other I've had in the past:)

I have small holes in my front two teeth, and had enamel painted over them over ten years ago. Over time, this enamel has stained, chipped away, and made me uncomfortable with my smile. I had two other dentists tell me it didn't need to be redone, or it would be too difficult. I came to BLVD for a regular check up, and two weeks later, they redid my two front teeth in about 15 minutes with zero pain or mishaps. They also did a phenomenal job on my deep cleaning and making sure I was taking proper steps to take care of my smile. They suggested things to me that no other dentist had ever taken the time to suggest before - such as a GOOD toothbrush and Rx toothpaste to help my extremely sensitive teeth. I absolutely love my new dentist!!!

Great people! My first time here went so very well and the check in was easy. The staff is wonderful! My dentist was Dr. O and she is incredible. Highly recommend it!

Very warm, caring staff (front desk, dentist, and assistants). All very welcoming and sweet. I had many questions and they were all answered with detail by the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. They have a discounted plan for patients without dental insurance that helped immensely. I could not have afforded an appointment if not for BLVD's lower prices. Thank you guys!

Told them going in what my insurance company would allow and not allow. The dentist was nice enough and knew enough but still trained in saying the hot topic words. After the examination the treatment coordinator came in and was showing me the treatment plan which wasn’t matching up with my insurance guidelines. She got a little frustrated with me when I started asking questions and for clarification. When I finally said I just needed to contact my insurance company before moving forward because I’m not understanding your version of what’s covered and their version of what’s covered she went and got somebody else, a male Who seem to be her supervisor or something. He was giving me the sales pitch also and I told him the same thing I told the coordinator. As I was checking out they both seemed a little peeved…
Listen, I know that medical billing is a game but don’t get frustrated when a patient goes in a little educated and is just playing his hand at it.

Went twice. The first appointment was fine, the only weird thing was that the fluoride treatment I got didn't seem to work but I chalked it up to me eating or drinking to soon after application. I'll get back to that though.
My second appointment started out strange, I walked in and the lady at the desk checked me in and charged me for my appointment without asking for my name. I thought it was weird but figured I was the only appointment around that time and the only person needing to be checked in. Waited for about 25 minutes, 20 minutes past my appointment time then the front desk lady comes out and tells me she charged me for someone else's appointment. She fixed it and voided the charge but when I looked at the name that the appointment was under, it was a name of Asian heritage, as am I, though I don't have the most sounding Asian name. I can't be certain but it seems that they saw me and assumed that I was the most Asian name on their schedule.
I didn't think too much of it though and got brought back for my appointment about 30 minutes late. They didn't seem to know anything about me and the issues I'd come to them with in my previous appointment, despite giving me (ineffective) treatments that they probably should have followed up on. The dentist, spent about 1 minute with me and didn't check on the results of my treatment. She seemed like she couldn't get out of my room fast enough. My cleaning was probably one of the most painful cleanings I've ever had. The lady seemed to have long/sharp fingernails which she kept shoving into my gums (she seemed to be trying to get leverage as she scraped my teeth but no other cleaner has ever done that to me), she seemed to forget about the straw that she put in my mouth as she was cleaning and pressed it hard into my gums and into the back of my mouth (almost until I gagged). She didn't know how to floss, she put the floss in between my teeth and then wiggled it in and out, cutting into my gums, rather than scraping up and down. Even the polishing hurt, she put so much pressure on my teeth and also pressed painfully into my gums. Then I got a fluoride treatment. This time I paid attention as she was applying and when she was done I noticed whole sections of my teeth felt like they didn't have fluoride on them. I asked of she maybe missed those spots and she said it appeared the fluoride had slipped off and wasn't sticking to my teeth. She reapplied but by the time I went up to the counter to pay, it felt like the fluoride had slipped off again. I asked if it could be reapplied and they did. But again, by the time I left, much of the fluoride had come off. As a result, my teeth don't have the smooth, clean feeling I used to get when getting fluoride at other dentists. Seems like they just use a cheap fluoride that doesn't really work. They still charge $25 for it though.
I'll be going back to my old dentist, though it's a farther drive for me.

Quite disappointed by how unorganized. They share the same marketing, website, and booking systems as the other locations, but don’t share records and make you refill everything out as a new patient. Considering I have been to BLVD dentistry, this is frustrating they are making their internal problems the customers.
Also, I never trust any medical office that asks for SSN. No need for it to treat a patient. Quite shady
