I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because, well, dentists. I had a great experience here and they got my teeth all fixed up. Everyone from front desk to hygienist to doctor were patient and attentive. Thanks for making "adulting" a little easier.

I had my deep cleaning performed with BLVD Dentistry back in 2019. They had my dental records. I was experiencing pain in my wisdom tooth last month. So, I just called them and walked in to the office (due to covid-19 they are not scheduling appointments) to see what can be done. The dentist never saw me nor examined me. All that happened was that the receptionist looked at my previous records and suggested that I go to an oral surgeon.
Now they have billed my insurance company just for that walk-in and talking to the receptionist as a full examination and consultation visit. As a result, I have to pay out of pocket to my oral surgeon.
Will never go to BLVD Dentistry again. They are robbing their patients.

First visit, was very pleased. Great staff hard working friendly efficient! Definitely returning, which isn’t what you would normally feel after a trip to dentist!

Dr. Crockett is very personable and outgoing, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facility is quite modern. Unfortunately the service is very poor. The first time I went into BLVD dentistry they told me I had 7 cavities, after never having any cavities in my life. At their suggestion I got them all filled. Unfortunately the work was done poorly and one of my teeth got partial necrosis and I needed to go in for an emergency root canal. After 6 bite adjustments many of my other fillings still hurt every time I chewed or flossed. I've subsequently had my pre-work x-rays and current teeth inspected by other dentists and confirmed that not only was the work done poorly (some of which will need to be redone now), but MOST OF THE CAVITIES NEVER EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. There was no evidence from any of the x-rays that cavities existed where the fillings were done, and what's more, two cavities exist that weren't filled! I was in intense pain for over a month, persistent pain for many months, and incurred lots of bills on account of this work. I would strongly urge you to get a second opinion on any work Dr. Crockett recommends, or at the very least ask him to show you on the x-rays where you have a cavity. Better yet, avoid the establishment altogether: your long-term health depends on it!

Some heroes wear dentist gowns. Dr. Blythe is that hero. And she does it with class. Whoever said that the best surgeon’s have an ego have not met her. I am not a trained professional by any means and I could tell that my surgery was quite difficult. In the end it was Her telling Me how great I did. I cannot give enough digital stars or tell enough friends how incredible this doctor is.

My experience at BLVD Dentistry has been horrendous. First of all, they got my email address wrong so I did not receive any reminders or confirmations of my appointment. Then, when I came in, it took almost 2 hours solely to get my photos/X-rays completed. They presented an extremely costly treatment plan (did not explain the items on it) and sent me on my way. When I wrote Dr. Blythe to ask details and questions, she did not even have the courtesy to call me back directly to discuss. I spoke to an office manager who had practiced his talk track and did not listen to me whatsoever. I’m changing dentists, because this experience was unacceptable.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I left stuck with a major out-of-pocket bill from their "deep cleaning" - which is essentially scaling and root planing, a major procedure for periodontal disease. They lied and intimidated their way into cheating me out of my money. They said I HAD to get this deep cleaning, and they refused to give me a regular cleaning when I asked. They said it wouldn't cost much out of pocket since my insurance is good (which it is) - only after I consented did they give me forms for periodontal disease and scaling and root planing (I didn't have this disease, and I didn't need the procedure). I remember the dental hygienist snickering when I asked for explanations for each cost breakdown - the same guy flossed a few of my teeth and told me to just floss the rest when I got home cuz he was having a hard time (this is his literal job, guys). When it came to insurance covering it... they couldn't find a reason based on the evidence for me to need this "deep cleaning" Even after appeals and additional dentist narratives! I ended up being stuck with the full cost. These people are supposed to deal with insurance every day. They know what is and isn't covered, based on a person's need and actual evidence. They cheated me out of my money, they intimidated me into getting the procedure and now I know to WALK OUT when a business does something like this to me again. I just switched dentists, and they still haven't given my new dentists my medical information - x-rays and scans. BLVD also told me I have a bunch of cavities - but my new dentist confirmed I don't have cavities where they said I did! Do yourself a favor, save yourself the awful service and months of stress and bills - GO ELSEWHERE.

Love you guys! Everyone from the front desk to the dr are great! I've had my wisdom teeth removed and multiple fillings done with Dr. Crockett, he's kind and very helpful. I've had to go back twice to adjust my bite which they did free of charge, they also quoted me 1,000$ less than the previous dentist. Blvd also has their own insurance you can purchase for around 80$ for the year which discounts cleanings and procedures.

Everyone at BLVD was extremely nice and professional. I Immediately felt welcomed and comfortable as a first time patient. They did a great job and I would highly recommend going! Definitely my new dentist in Austin.

I never WANTED to go to the dentist before.
