Everyone did so well to make me feel comfortable and safe

Came for my scheduled teeth cleaning and Joshua took great care of me today. Since day 1 this place has provided excellent customer service as well as actual service. I simply came to get a teeth cleaning a few months ago and now I have braces, clean teeth and a pretty smile. I highly recommend this place. I’ve never given a review before but had to take the time out today. Thanks again Joshua! You’re awesome

I've been in Austin six years and finally found a dentist I love! My husband and I switched to them in the summer of 2020 and they have been fantastic. They remembered our names from the first day, it is easy to book appointments with them and they are always so so kind. I've never loved going to the dentist, but BLVD makes it painless and I don't dread it like I used to. Great place, highly recommend!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years. They didn’t make me feel bad about it. The assistant, hygienist, and doctor were all nice and professional, and I liked how they explained what they were doing and why each step of the way.

I am new to Austin and have had two regular, 6-month cleanings that have gone well. Staff is friendly and personable. I also had a procedure done for veneers, and I’m very happy with the end result. I’ve got more of that celebrity smile I’ve been looking for!

They get you in and out and great service. 10/10 recommend.

I've never written a bad review before, but I wish someone had warned me about this place. I had to get a crown done recently. When I went in to get my initial fitting, they introduced a women who was interviewing for a position and would be shadowing their work. They seemed to be busy that day. After a little time with the dentist, I realized that the woman who was interviewing with them was doing my temporary crown with ZERO supervision. The dentist never checked her work. I went home and within a few hours the temporary crown crumbled. I had to take off work again the next day to get it fixed.

On this second visit I was helped by a dental assistant. The process of changing out the crown was painful and again, the dentist never checked to see if everything looked good. My tooth was in pain for the next two weeks but I honestly did not trust any of them enough to complain and have them check on it.

I was hopeful that my final fitting would be better, but it wasn't. It was an incredibly painful experience that took twice as long they told me it would take. I've gone to many different dentists over the years and I've never had a negative experience before. At BLVD, I had 3 in a row.

I came in as a first-time patient with an emergency issue so I was really nervous. The administrative staff did a great job working with me to make sure my paperwork was in prior to my appointment. When I arrived, the COVID protocols were clear and easy to follow, I felt 100% safe. Dr. O and the technical staff were incredible at talking me through my dental problems and coming up w a creative solution that would work for me. I was so impressed, and I felt heard- which means a lot during any emergency. Thank you so very much!

Dr. Blythe, is amazing! So very friendly, caring and is a great listener. I didn't feel she was trying to sell me anything more than I needed. The dentist is by far the appt. I dread the most but today it was awsome. Her partner in crime( her assistant)Teresa was funny and welcoming and reassuring. Both ladies have great bedside manners. The facility has great vibes and upbeat music playing and I must say, technology has come such a long way. Thanks!
