Loved the professionalism from the whole staff. I was nervous getting my first tooth pulled but Mr Carbajal kept a conversation going with me making me forget how nervous I was. Thank you! The Dr was wonderful, he explained the whole procedure with me and didn't rush. During the procedure Dr was letting me know what he was doing. Shows he cares about his patients. Kiddos!!

I was very pleased with my visit and treatment with Monarch Dental. The staff treated me with respect and courtesy and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Siddiqui sat and explained every part of the treatment process to me to ensure I knew exactly what and why it needed to be done. With all the work I had done, I woke up this morning with no pain a no bleeding from the two wisdom teeth extractions. As for the process of the extraction's, it was quick and painless. So very pleased with his and the staffs work. I recommend Dr. Siddiqui and Monarch Dentistry very highly to anyone needing dental work.

The entire team was amazing, efficient, welcoming, and skilled. HIGHLY recommend. Great doctor who explains everything, skillfull techs and hygienists, and during this pandemic front desk staff takes all steps necessary to handle your info/appointment in a safe manner.

Monarch personnel were very helpful in every way. They explained in full my situation with my missing tooth from my partial. I was very happy when the dentist said my partial was repairable with a new tooth. I didn’t want the experience of a new partial. The finance office and main office were all personable and I felt very welcomed! Thank you Monarch personnel!

Had a wonderful experience and the staff was terrific. Everyone was so kind and accommodating towards my disability. The staff and Dr. Siddiqui were very knowledgeable and professional. Without insurance, during a global pandemic, I received excellent care and financial options with a top notch group of people. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctor himself.... Amazing. Very informative, quick and painless. Having had 2 tooth extractions, within 24hrs my mouth is not swollen or in excruciating pain. Seriously, what more could I ask for!? Grateful for all the work they are doing. I am blessed to have come across them online. Highy recommended and just very grateful ❤ thank you, with a special shout out to Gabby up front.

Upset and disappointed. My second appointment, set up a month in advance keep in mind. Had 3pm appt, I arrived 5 minutes early only to be seen 40 MINUTES LATER, and this is asking at 330 how much longer for my 3pm appt? My cleaning started at 350pm, I was there almost an hour after that. They blew it off as oh I'm sorry for that. Like why? Why did this happen no explanation given nor empathy for my wait time and feeling dismissed. They were busy not sure if that is bc it was an afternoon. But I hope that the review placed insight on lack of customer service at this institution. Frankly I would have preferred a sincere apology, my refund (yes I paid before I was even seen) and a reschedule instead - none of which was I'm assuming even considered. It was more like yes I'll have a chair for you in 2 minute sorry let's not lose this money.

We recently just got stationed at Fort Bliss. Something I ate triggered the nerve in my wisdom tooth and I knew I had to get it out. Started researching the reviews and Monarch Dental came up. Set me an appointment and they got me in quick. I love The dental Assistant Veronica. She was very Informative and gave me upfront information before the Dentist came and reassured the same information. He suggested I remove the remaining three Wisdom teeth. One was completely gone. The other two were headed to glory as well at the rate I kept getting cavities on top lol. So they worked me up a payment for the dental work (wisdom tooth extractions). I was soooo glad they had a payment plans to help me save unpredictable expenses. They were ready for me within the same hour for the procedure. Dr Siddiqui was great. I was definitely nervous but he kept me calm and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Procedure was quick. I went yesterday. I have very minimal pain today and I haven’t had to take a pain pill. Definitely would recommend. 🥰

I've been really pleased with Monarch Dental. Every staff member from front desk to dental assistants to Dr. Siddiqui is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They take time to answer your questions and check on you. I received a call from Dr. Siddiqui himself to check up on me a day after getting a root canal, which by the way, Dr Siddiqui and his team did great with.

Everything was great at the beginning. I was seen right away by the dentist and up to the point that the front desk gave me my estimate for services and I didn't want them, just the cleaning (like I can really afford to open a line of credit of over 10 grand, sure) I was told to sit and wait to be seen and I waited for over an hour and people kept coming in and were taken back right away and I was still sitting there. I went to the front desk a third time and at this point I asked for my money back because I was already in that office for a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes and that is just ridiculous. They should just say that if you don't accept the estimates that you should leave right away because they won't take as a valued customer. Never going back there again.
