The dentist is so easy going and makes you forget the pain. Love his sense of humor. And he dances. The staff is very friendly

I am a retired engineer senior citizen on a fixed income. I have been a patient at this office for many years. I don't often write reviews but I felt it necessary.
I have always had a positive experience here. I look for an honest, trustworthy, competent, professional staff and Doctor in a clean sanitary environment. I had dental issues prior to coming to this office, 180 degree turnaround. My dental care and management was presented to me honestly, skillfully and at an affordable cost. The staff has always scheduled my appointments at convenient times and contacted me in timely fashion in advance to these appointments. I also receive discount coupons for procedures.
Some reviews here seem like vindictive op-eds. El Paso is trying to bring a dental School to our city because we need more highly skilled professionals. Why would someone try to discredit and malign a small business and professional? Yes this office is very busy perhaps because of satisfied customers. I go to a dentist or any medical facility for the highest quality care at affordable prices for myself and family. I don't particularly go to be coochie cooed that I can find in a massage parlor. I don't expect to see animals while I have my mouth open. If you are blind or disabled sure no problem.
Please stop you personal vindictive campaigns to destroy the good reputations of hard working people providing needed services to our community.

I haven't been to the dentist in 6 years so I needed some work done. Monarch dental was recommended by a close family friend of mine. I was a little anxious to say the least when I walked through the doors, and then the staff blew me away with their kindness. I was in and out with all of the work I needed in 1 day. Definitely the only dentist I'll ever visit in El Paso.

This was my first time being here and had a great experience. I went for a regular checkup and cleaning. The visit went smoothly. I was attended by Valerie. She was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. I didn’t wait long. Ismael (very cool guy) took my x-rays and explained what the process will be for today’s visit. He answered questions that I had such as the invisalign service they offer. Showed me a simulation of a before and after. Then I met with the dental hygienist. She is a delight with a great sense of humor. She explained what she will be doing and what she will be focusing on. She also gave me some pointers on good oral hygiene. Once the hygienist was done, I met with Dr. Siddiqui. He was very down to earth and professional. I felt comfortable speaking to him. He asked me if I had any concerns. I did mentioned one concern. He listened and responded. He then reviewed and explained my x-rays, examined my teeth and the concerned I mentioned. Dr. Siddiqui explained his findings and his recommendations plus answered additional questions I had. After the exam, I met with Chris. She explain the cost of the cleaning and did my cleaning as well. The cost match exactly what my insurance stated it was going to cost. Chris was very cool and great to talk to. She did an amazing job. My teeth look so much better after it was done. She explained the process and improvements I needed to make. Then I received a goody bag. My last stop was with Valerie. She handed me some documentation which included the charges. She explained the cost of what was done and what my insurance covered. It matched exactly what my insurance mentioned it was going to cost. She also helped me with additional questions and scheduled my next appointment. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I believe everyone there went above and beyond. I didn’t feel they were over charging or trying to add services I didn’t need. I felt like they were being real with me and wanted to provide good and honest service. I saw them working hard and trying to answer any questions I had. I greatly appreciate their time, effort, and great service they provided. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks again everyone at Monarch Dental!

I think I was a little afraid though I have had numerous appointments. I was going to have a wisdom tooth pulled, a bridge removed and a crown having to be prepped for replacement. The dentist must have asked we 20 times if anything hurt or if I was ok. The dental helper to the dentist was wonderful too. They explained every step and it actually went very fast. I thought everyone did a great job including the receptionist. I would recommend this office to anyone. They are up to date on equipment and putting you first!!!

After moving back to El Paso after not living here for 9 years I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I stumbled upon Monarch Dental and decided to go ahead and schedule my first appointment for a routine cleaning and consultation for wisdom teeth extractions. I was told that we would need to take some radiographs to confirm whether Dr. Omar Siddiqui would be able to extract my teeth since he isn’t an oral surgeon. Everything was good and my extractions weren’t anything complex. The day of the surgery I was incredibly nervous. I knew I was not going to be under general anesthesia and just receiving local anesthetic which I hadn’t experienced before. I talked to Dr. Siddiqui about my anxiety and he and his staff answered all of my questions. His dental assistant was incredibly knowledgeable, I wish I remembered her name, I know it was her 30th birthday because she was wearing celebratory attire. Eventually after all my concerned were eased I asked if I could use my head phones and phone to listen to music during the procedure they allowed me too. The anesthetic injections were something I was really worried about because I remember receiving them at a previous dentist for a deep cleaning and they were so painful. I think because Dr. Siddiqui was so gentle and slow they were almost painless. My previous dentist did them pretty quickly so maybe that’s the difference. He kept talking to me through everything telling me I was doing great and making sure I was okay. I sat for about 10 minutes and then the procedure began. I felt very minimal pressure, I had heard from others that the worst part isn’t that you feel pain but you feel pressure when you’re awake during extractions. Then i felt very minimal pressure on my opposite side. I honestly thought that because the pressure was so minimal he still needed to go back to both sites and extract the tooth still. Then he says “Alright both teeth are out” I was like what!? when!? Then he applied some synthetic bone and stitched me up. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes!! Wow! It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve never had at a dentist and honestly my fear of going to the dentist may have resolved. I’m 27 years old so to finally find a dentist that made everything feel so easy, painless, and quick is incredible. I never want to go anywhere else again.

I came in with an emergency... I was dying from the pain cause by a cavity... the staff was super friendly and helpful. They literally got me in... assessed the situation and possibilities. They removed it the same day, in what had to be record time. The next morning I received a call from the office to see how I was doing..! I definitely recommend them. They were amazing!!!!

Procedures Sales come ahead of patient care. I became uncomfortable with how pushy the dentist and staff became on expensive procedures during each of my visits. They always pressured me to get root canals redone, new crowns, fillings replaced with pretty white fillings when my teeth seemed fine. Something didn't feel right when it took 7 months to get an appointment for a routine exam, but if I was interested in some cosmetic procedures, they could squeeze me in the same day. I got a second opinion from another dentist who confirmed that everything was fine and I needed no procedures. This dentist wants into your pocket book and don't trust them.

Great staff, amazing service, caring doctor.
I went in for all 4 of my wisdom teeth to be removed, and everyone there couldn't have been any more helpful.
Even after the procedure, they were quick to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had.
Will definitely be coming back :)

I have been here a few times and this office is all around great. The front staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Scheduling appointments is very easy. I've had quite a bit of dental work and Dr. Siddiqi is hands down the best dentist. I highly recommend this office. The staff and dentist are amazing.
