Been to this dentist office 2 times and I love this place. Never had a good experience at a dentist office like I have here. Excellent staff, respectful, welcoming, good environment! Doctor really took the time to explain everything to me made sure I was comfortable as I have seizures under stressful encounters which going to the dentist for me was very stressful due to past bad experiences. I left there feeling great relaxed and was happy with my first visit. My second visit they remembered who I was made sure I took my meds so I didn't have a seizure kept making sure I was comfortable and ok as they did the first visit. I'm so glad I found this office! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Very nice people. All the staff display a high level of care and ability. They took very good care of me and Dr Arab was so nice and informative. They did everything they could to help me. I’m a huge fan.

I went in with a minor tooth ache (which luckily was just some build up between my teeth). The wait was not long at all, I was quickly (able to get an appointment for the next day and a cleaning two days later) seen after calling and being placed on hold by 3 other dentist offices! The staff was very friendly. I loved all the images taken of my teeth and how much attention and detailed the records are there. I have never seen that in other dentist offices. When I went in for the actual cleaning the dental hygienist (Denise) was the sweetest women I have ever met. She was so gentle and quick, honestly best cleaning I have every had. I had a great experience and walked away a very pleased customer.

I recently moved back to the El Paso area and found this dentist in my insurance network. Long story short, I waited approximately 35-40 minutes after my first appointment to ask if if I would be seen soon, they said it would be at least 10 more minutes, I decided I rather take my business elsewhere than wait at least a total of 50 minutes. When informing them I was leaving I was then told one of the employees had been absent. Regardless of this being true or not, I would have been more patient if I had been given a heads up within the first 30 minutes. I don't know if they are good or bad dentists here, but if you value having a professional dentist office, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Thank You to Dr. Siddiqui and his staff for taking such wonderful care of me! I had the most amazing experience during my appointment. I was so nervous because of all that was going to be done. Everything was explained about what was about to take place and no question left unanswered. Dr. Siddiqui and Milo were so kind and considerate that I actually had a good time at the dentist. I didn't feel anything and I wasn't sore the next day or any day following that!! I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how professional, kind, and helpful everyone was. It's not often you find all of these attributes in a business. I honesly felt like a friend and not a patient. The office manager went above and beyond to find ways to save me money because my insurance didn't cover very much! I highly recommend Monarch Dental.

The staff is incredibly warm, attentive and knowledgeable. This was by far the most through check up I've ever had. The entire experience was exceptionally pleasant. I had 4 teeth extracted and can say i was at work the very next day. Dr. Omar Siddiqui was incredibly gentle as well as precise. I was in absolutely no pain what so ever from start to finish. I'm very excited to have found an El Paso Dentist that genuinely sticks by his motto to make me feel like family!

The doctor was extremely careful and considerate making sure I was comfortable. A lot of teeth were removed His front desk staff,Brandy, is super considerate as to help u with the finance part,and his assistant Alicia is awesome. Everything very professional.

I had an excellent experience at Monarch Dental. The Dentist is wonderful. They provide complimentary orthodontic evaluations with computer simulated before & after images. The customer service is great. I can’t wait to grow as a patient with the practice. The only thing I would suggest is to re-decorate the waiting room with updated furniture and eventually I hope the dentist gets his own little building so that we don’t need to park at the shopping center near Albertsons. I want a better location. But the dentist is young and very knowledgeable so I cannot wait for an office up on the hills of the westside like Mesa Hills or Festival. Otherwise, I will rate the practice a perfect 5 stars for knowledgeable staff especially for new patients. They really do a comprehensive assessment of your dental health. Plus they take vitals signs and O2 saturation in case you’re too unstable to proceed. That’s a great idea. They let you know exactly what your out of pocket will be and what insurance covers. They are flexible will cancellations in case something comes up.

My son and I have been a patients for many years and Dr. Siddiqui is an excellent dentist. He’s gentle and cares about your dental experience. Also a stand out employee is Valerie, the office manager, always kind, friendly and available to assist. The entire El Paso Monarch team is excellent! I highly recommend them.
