If there were such a thing as negative five stars that is what they would get. My visit with them starts at around eight fifteen in the morning and I am suffering from an abscesses tooth. The day prior I stopped taking the ibuprofen I was taking to keep from losing my sanity. I go in and answer the usual questions and plain I’m in excruciating pain. They take my blood pressure and imagine that, it’s high!! They take it again and again, it’s high! I wonder why?!? After all this they explain they can’t do anything for me today and they will have to get a release from my doctor before they can move on. I obliged. So I wait seven more days for them to have an opening to have me back just for them to call me five hours before my appointment to say I will have to pay $300 more dollars and wait another week in pain for their oral surgeon to be in to do my extraction. I’m 39 and healthy as an ox, IDONT HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Why would I need to pay $300 more than everyone else. I don’t think I need to say what my opinion is of this establishment, my experience speaks for itself. Good luck if you choose to go here.

The staff was extremely professional, caring, pleasant, gentle and pleasantly quick during the extraction of my back right molar tooth. I will refer Aspen Dental to any person needing a dentist.

My first visit, and I was treated professionally, personally, and warmly. I needed a cleaning, and a checkup. Everyone was great, from beginning to end. I do recommend this dental office. BTW, the fees are far lower than the private dentists.

Took my daughter there today with an infected tooth. Girl at front desk was SO incredibly rude .No hello, no smile. She "ordered" people around. First impressions are everything and this young lady definitely set the tone! Dentist spent less than 5 min with my daughter and told her wait here I'm giving you a prescription for antibiotic. She was in intense pain and he refused to give her anything. We left without the script and I took her to emergency room. Dr. at hospital was appalled that the dental office would send her away like that! Her tooth was so infected they were about to admit her to the hospital!!! Her blood pressure from the pain was at level 1 trauma status and her heart rate was thru the roof!! DO NOT GO HERE!! YOUR LIFE could be at risk

Aspen Dental was amazing from the front desk finance department to the Doctors. One of the best and fastest places I have been to. Keep up the good work. And thank you for my beautiful smile.😆

Office staff is very friendly. In the beginning, there was an issue with my account, but did get quickly resolved after bringing in proof of payment. For 7-8 months I’ve had extensive, ongoing treatment, seeing two of the main Dentists. (tooth extraction, implants, etc). Post tx/visit, there were many times I would leave in tears; my smile being way off, the pain from my teeth not being aligned right, and/or the lacking of chair side manor by Dr. Bradley.(Just to name a few.) However, there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Upon one visit, I luckily saw the new graduate Dentist, Dr. Jay Stephens. I was thoroughly impressed and would give him 5+ stars! He spent more time with me the first two
visits, than anyone else during my whole treatment! Not only does he care about you individually as a patient, he is precisely thorough and takes pride in his work! Aspen Dental got a gem when they got Dr. Jay!

Great dental experience might sound like an oxymoron, however it really was. From the front desk, to the xrays, to the exam and the financial counseling everyone was top notch. They explain everything as they go, everyone was very friendly and I was completely at ease. If you are someone who is anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go.

Excellent experience overall!
Loved Dr. Kunduru! He extracted a tooth within seconds no pain at all!!! He was very compassionate, gentle and professional and extremely patient! He took time to listen and explain what he was going to do!
Staff was also very courteous and accommodating!

Had to have ALL my teeth extracted and had to have Top and Bottom Dentures put in. The oral surgeon that extracted my teeth seemed to be having issues with his co-workers. THERE was something wrong on every one of my appointments. Very un professional!! Then the surgeon that extracted my teeth, left one of my teeth in??? So now my dentures do NOT fit properly! So now I have to go somewhere else to fix their MISTAKE!!!! All they wanted was their Money! And they even had the nerve to Bill ME for an extraction that they never extracted! Money hungry!!! My insurance paid them ten thousand dollars for both top and bottom dentures, and my portion was about $2500. And I NEVER paid it because I was NOT happy with them, so they placed it on my credit! I would NOT use them!!!
