Aspen did a full new patient exam with xrays, hygenist review, and doctor consult for our mom - for free! Mom has advanced dementia and needs special handling. We were very happy with the way the entire staff treated her with kindness and respect.

They lured us in by giving us a free exam and said free cleaning all kinds of things since we were first time patients. Once we got there whole different story. No cleaning and once we got consoled on what we needed they upcharge everything after giving us a price, it doubled and totally a joke and were rude. After asking waiting 30 minutes on asking for my xrays so we could go to another dentist for a second opinion they made tons of excuses.

I called to schedule an appointment for cleaning. After getting X-rays I was told I would not get a cleaning on initial visit. I was not happy about that but the primary reason I will not return is due to my fragrance allergies. There is an overpowering plug-in fragrance in the waiting room and when I brought my sensitivity to fragrances, no one offered to unplug them.

I want to say at first I did write a negative review out of impatience and things not going my way .Let me rewrite this review after finally seeing that these people are very caring and want what's best for the patient .I'm becoming very satisfied with my experience and professionalism at Aspen . If you get dentures don't be shy and ask questions after all its you that has to live with your new smile .Write down your questions in between visits so that you will be covered when you walk out the door . They are there for you and want only one thing and that's for you to smile .

I never thought I would say this about a dentist office in my entire life, but Aspen Dental office in Tyler is where I will be going if their Longview office isn`t as good, but just to go to Tyler and see those folks over there it was an experience that I won`t ever forget especially at a dentist office. The people were kind and courteous. They asked if I had insurance, if not it wasn`t a problem, the nurse even gave me a coupon to lower the price now that`s what I call service with a smile. I will make Aspen Dental the place for all my dental needs. Oh! And by the way a friend told me he felt the same way about their Longview Office too!

Worst dentist office ever. I usually see a dentist in Sulphur Springs Tx, but while working in Tyler I needed something closer to home, so I tried Aspen. The people were friendly, but I guess the office staff doesn't know how to do their jobs. I get 2 free cleanings a year and because of the people in the office I have a bill in collections because they don't know how to do their jobs. I made sure they took my insurance before ever going there. I will stick with Summit Dental in Sulphur Springs no matter how far out of the way I have to go. They are the best. Aspen is a joke.

Complete Rip off. I was charged for services that I was not fully informed on pricing related to insurance adjustment. Pay attention to any thing that they offer you outside of your normal cleaning and xrays. I was scammed after thinking that a portion of my teeth whitening was paid by my insurance. I then received a bill, and then informed that this was considered cosmetic and insurance usually doesn't pay. I was misled and should have been told that from the beginning. I was led to believe that the insurance would pay a certain percentage, then was billed for the remainder. Hindsight I should have have checked my insurance instead of trusting a corporate operated dental practice. Lesson learned!!!

So I don’t really have anything good to say about this place. It’s hard to get in touch with the front desk which is so weird because when you come into the office the receptionist is just sitting there. I have to leave a thousand messages with 5 different people and still no way ever returns my calls. Today I returned a missed call and was hung up on by the front desk named Chelsea. The thing is they do great work but the office staff comes off as unorganized and chaotic.
