Receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The manager was ok. Not sure if he knew exactly how much i owed them. They told me different amounts like 3 times. Also it seems like they first care about their money than patients. The prices are quite higher than their competition. The Dentist was ok. The overall service was not the best. Please know that you are over priced and improve the overall hygiene.

Probably the worst service I have EVER received. When the initial consult took place EVERYTHING was going to be just like I ordered. I get there and those teeth were awful. The most yellow color EVER. I thank goodness asked if that was the color they were giving me. "Yes". No no no. They assured me everything would be fine, but I'm not real sure today. But I'm willing to see. More to follow

I've been going to Aspen Dental since January 27th of 2017. At first everything went so good, it was almost scary. Then when I had to pay outright with no insurance, after spending borderline of $7,000 in cash up front before any procedures & I was reassured by the staff & office manager that if there were any problems what so ever they would gladly fix or make right with whatever problems I might have with the permanent set of dentures that waa suppose to be 6 months after the extractions, & when I expressed my concerns on how the temporary dentures would just fly out of my mouth when generally just conversating, I was told they're all like that & instead of fixing the issue at hand, I was forced to be rushed into permanent dentures 3 months to early & ended up having to repay to replace the permanent set yet another $1,058 Just for the upper denture to be remade. After 6, YES SIX!!! Attempts, mouth molds, hour drives one way nunerous times a week, with the entire staff knowing how far I drive into the office & that I'm unemployed, for 3 months I finally got "a replacement top permanent denture." It didnt even seat in my mouth what so ever, the one dentist tyat I've had nothing but problems with since I started going to Aspen, jus wallows the gums with his tool & slaps them in my mouth telling me that will do... Well here's my problem, That dentist should NOT be telling me "that will do" instead he should be saying how do they feel, lets check your bite to see if the upper & lower denture actually align in order to chew or eat properly, but as in the past this dentist could obviously care less, slaps the crooked buck- tooth top plate in and as always pushes me out the door. The nee permanents hurt so bad it gives me migraines, they DO NOT align with my lower dentures, NOT EVEN IN THE LEAST BIT, making it near impossible to actually eat with them. Which means all this driving, the $1,058 to replace top plate, waiting 3 months & 6 different attempts they still managed to shove me out the door with teeth paid in full that I can't wear because of the headaches nor are they even useful because the do not align with the lower plate in order to actually use them to eat. This one dentist Aspen employs is BAD FOR BUSINESS, not only does he not care about the craftsman ship Aspen produces to their consumer, he doesn't care how his patients think or feel about dentures, he's rude, makes snide remarks to customers who pay his salary, & he literally tries to squeeze every extra penny he can charging for any & everything possible even though a customer has bought & paid in full for the custom package & as explained by the office manager to be warrantied for 7years and that they will fix any issue after the package is paid for in full if I am not satisfied. No, I've been charged extra twice of $70-$80 bucks a pop because their dentures literally broke in half while eating soft with 4 teeth literally fell outta that bottom denture & they glued it back together & not even right!!! Didnt take the liner out of denture only glued it all back together from the outter part of the denture, 3 days later it broke again. Call & made an appointment, go into that appointment the same dentist tells me he will have to charge me yet again to repair a denture that has a 7 year warranty on & in front of the dental aassistant the dentist gets very smart mouthed raises his voice to me & spoke towards me as if I am stupid. Demanding if I want the denture fixed I Will Have To Pay AGAIN!!! Needless to say, I had a couple choice words I left that dentist with that day & in front if his assistant too, after explaining to her it was nothing personal against her & apologized to his assistant for the way I spoke in front of her. The entire staff knows me by first name, we're all on a first name basis besides that one dentist & anytime I habe to go back to the office in Tyler, which I need to do now, I explain & ask not to be seen by any dentist BESIDES DOCTOR BRADLEY!!! Doctor Bradley treats everyone like ge would want to be treated if the tables were turned!

I take my mother in-law here and EVERYTIME she has some kind of issue with these people. This last time the dentist accidentally broke her dentures. How does that happen?? Now have to go back tomorrow. Convenient during a pandemic.

I am deeply disappointed in my experience at Aspen Dental. My wife called to schedule a consult but asked if they did sedation, and used an IV and put you out during procedure. They girl said yes they did. They scheduled us for an appointment in Longview. I had my consult and at the end of the visit the dentist said now we give you a pill to help you relax. I said no I want an IV and to be put out. She stated the Longview office didnt do that but the Tyler office did. So we would have to go to Tyler. My wife called and asked Tyler, do yall use an IV for sedation to knock me out before pulling my entire row of bottom teeth They said yes. An appointment was scheduled. I went to my appointment. I had denture molds made, saw the dentist and scheduled an appointment for my procedure.
I got to my appointment yesterday, they put the IV in and the dr said we are giving you something to help you relax. I said no I need something to knock me out. The dentist saod said no we dont do that. I said go get my wife. The dr and assistant proceeded to tell me that the medicine will relax me but I will be awake for all of it. I told them no. I had to have the medicine that knocks me out. The dentist said we already have the IV in and you are here. Now you can leave if you want but there is no need. He said if you wanted to be knocked out you have to go to an Oral Surgeon. I told him we double checked 3 times with Aspen dental about this. I said go get my wife. They still did not go get her. She was the one that talk to the office 3 different times! The dentist and assistant were rude and would not listen to me! I went ahead and had all bottom teeth extracted and it was the most unpleasant and hurtful experience I have had at a dentist office.

This office was not honest on their procedures and type of sedation used. The staff does not tell the patients the correct information. (from scheduling-assistants-dentist)

We feel lied to, and there was no honesty at all. The dentist and assistant were not apologetic , sympathetic, or even concerned this was happening. They were pushy about just having procedure done.

We are not pleased! We are angry! The fact that we just spent over $3,000.00 and paid for iv sedation but did not get it.

They said whatever theu wamted to, to get me in that chair and get paid. They were in no way concerned about me or how I felt.
And when a patient tells the staff go get my wife first, someone better get up and go get her!

It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had but it was by far not the best . The wait to get in took over a week. The price advertised online was not the price I was charged at the time of service. it has now been over three weeks since time of extraction and I have a piece of my tooth still in the extraction point and I have called I have attempted to leave messages and I have even gone into the office . Literally you were unable to leave a message and no one was in the office I left a note on the desk to call me and I still have not received a phone call back. Very disappointed because I still have more dental work that I need done .

The staff is very friendly, especially the dental hygienist, but I’ve only had 2 appointments scheduled with them, and BOTH appointments have been put in the computer for the WRONG DATES. One of the dates was suppose to be my surgery. Now it’s having to be postponed because of scheduling me on the wrong day. The staff is nice, but that’s so frustrating.

This office is always on top and ready to help you get to smiling again!

I used to tell everyone to go to this place I loved them but my visit today was well If I could give a -5 star I would. I have an abcessed tooth in the front and the dentist refused to pull it without doing a partial too even after I told him I don't care about the hole in the front I just want this painful tooth out but he wouldn't and to top it off didn't even try to give me antibiotics for the abcess so thanks a lot

Just wanted to say Aspen Dental is not like they used to be. I'm very disappointed in them I get my teeth extracted and gotten several extracted at this location.
Called to let them know I dont have any insurance anymore and they want to charge me for xray and a extraction.
I have no benefits at the moment but the lady at the Front didn't even care that I didnt have the money.
I told her I only had enough money for a extraction.
What a shame this world is becoming u cant even rely on a Business u pay money at to help u.

So please think twice about being a patient at Aspen Dental this is the one I used in Tyler Tx, 4164 South Broadway.
