I wasn’t necessarily afraid to visit the dentist, more concerned with budget. Everything was explained perfectly to me. The visit was extremely thorough, every penny was worth it. They went above and beyond, nothing was over looked. They were very honest, making it easy for me to make a decision that was best for me. The staff (including doctor) all really do seem as if they love their job. There was no judgement, no pressure. They talked about my teeth as if it was their passion. I have been to the dentist only one other time in VB, but seriously, they really love what they do. I felt pretty comfortable, I was respected, listened to. It was almost too odd because you really don’t find care like this anywhere else. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you for listening to me, addressing my concerns. Thank you for caring and taking the time to explain things to me. I’m glad I’m not just dollar sign. It means a lot.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in quickly and took care of my problem. Always have a good experience with this office. Professional and friendly!

You will find everything you could ever want and/or need at this dental office. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and ease any fears you may have of going to the dentist. They truly care about their patients and their passion for excellent care and top quality dentistry is outstanding. The dentists will also create a dental plan that is right for YOU and NOT their pockets.

I have reviewed this wonderful place before but today was my first time meeting Beth. Beth provided by teeth cleaning and more it went great. She has many many years of experience and is as pleasant as can be. My oral health has never been better. I’m grateful for this dentist office.

I visited Heriford and Heriford today because part of my tooth chipped off. I met with Dr. Griffith and Kim who were extremely nice to me. They were both very cordial and professional. They took x-rays and proceeded to fix my chipped tooth. Dr. Griffith then suggested I have a total evaluation as she detected more cavities from the x-rays. They then proceeded with more x-rays and other needed treatments.

I then met with Vicki the Hygienist who gave me a cleaning and a fluoride treatment. Vicki was very friendly and cheerful. She was extremely gentle and thorough with my teeth. I've never had a better cleaning. I also met Amber while with Vicki who was also very nice to me.

Overall the entire staff at Heriford and Heriford made my experience there, not only painless, but exceptional. Everyone I encountered was so polite and friendly to me. Their professionalism was apparent and outstanding. I would highly recommend Heriford and Heriford for all your dental needs. .

Dr. Bill was awesome and very gentle. He removed a wisdom tooth a week ago which aas a very challenging tooth... He explained what he was going to do before he done anything.. Everything that I was unsure about he took the time out to make sure that I understood.. I now have a dry socket and he has turned my tears into smiles as the pain is not as bad... I'm so glad I came here... Excellent Dr and staff...

Wonderful and top notch experience! From the time you walk in the front door for the first time and every single visit after until the time you leave every need is met. They make every appointment flawless and trustworthy so that you know you're in great hands. It's a warm and homely feeling when you get treated with such care and respect knowing you're left with a clean smile and a Dentist that you actually want to keep going to. I travel about 40 minutes to come here because this is the only dentist where I feel comfortable. I have bad anxiety and everyone that works here puts my mind at ease. They go above and beyond to make sure you are okay. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.i highly recommend. Worth the trip.

I enjoyed my experience here. I came as a new patient and they took their time to get to know me but also were about their business and care. I appreciated how professional and caring they were. They are very thorough and will answer and explain any questions that you have. Very recommended.
