The staff was very professional and understanding. I did ask one young lady why didn't I receive a toothbrush kit after my appointment that I CLEARLY paid for. An appointment is an appointment.... Treat all patients fairly. Definitely will not return or recommend

The best dental treatment I’ve ever received, no exaggeration. The staff is friendly and inviting. From the time I entered the office until I exited, the staff was very courteous and polite. Beth was very personable and informative in ensuring that I knew every step of treatment I received during my visit. She also was very attentive to my dental needs and desire and for teeth whitening, and she sold me on the $99 whitening for life treatment (ask about this treatment, you will be amazed by this offer). Dr. W. provided exceptional bedside manners and is very thorough in developing a customized treatment plan for each patient. Looking forward to my next appointment to discuss further treatment goals. This office definitely restored my confidence and trust in receiving quality, professional dental care.

I LOVED MY TIME HERE. I recently came as a new patient and truly enjoyed my time. They were efficient and really care about you. Dr. Susan and her team take the time to talk to you and see what your goals are while being in their care. Beth was absolutely wonderful. The best hygienist I have ever had. She is very thorough in her cleanings and makes you feel at home. I am excited for my future appointments with them. Highly recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I was having a terrible toothache and a dental emergency with my wisdom tooth. I called and the receptionist was so kind, she got me the quickest appointment possible which was an hour and a half wait. Upon my arrival they worked me in so quickly I was being helped before I could even finish my paperwork. Dr Griffin was so sweet and immediately got to work helping me extract my bad tooth. I definitely give 5 stars on professionalism and kind helping atmosphere. Highly recommend this office.

Absolutely love this practice! I had been looking for a new dentist and I am grateful I was given H&H as a recommendation. I have finally gotten my dental health in order. They all have a wonderful attitude. It’s a great environment to enter when you have to go in for a procedure you wouldn’t normally enjoy. Dr. Bill is wonderful to work with and really listens and cares and explains so I understand everything going on.

Horrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called for a cleaning. Its wasnt until halfway through my appointment that they told me today was just xrays and I would have to come back in a few weeks for the real cleaning. 2nd visit, again it's not until they are already in my mouth, halfway through before they tell me that today is just a surface cleaning and I have to come back in 2 weeks for the rest. Then I had a cavity filled and it became sensitive to hot/cold. Went back for them to fix it and they said there was nothing to fix. That sensitivity was "normal". Ok then why has it never hurt TO DRINK WATER before at other dentists?! I just had a baby and dont have the time or money for 4 visits in less than 2 months but they never explained anything until it was too late

We have been with Dr Bill and Dr Sue since they have began and have always had excellent service.
This change to Commonwealth Dentistry experience is a little different. We have always had a prior arrangement/agreement that our insurance would be billed 1st and then they would send us a bill. This have never been an issue until this visit. When checking out I was asked to pay the expected co-pay and I explained the prior arrangement and I was told that Commonwealth does not do that AND I also pointed out that there is a placard stating such in the office. Again, I was told that Commonwealth does not do that.
I was afraid that as this expanded/sold to a larger corporation things like this would happen. I travel a bit to continue service with Dr Bill and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future but if policy changes midstream, people should know and definitely remove the placard if you are not going to comply. Thank you
