I’m exceptionally disappointed by the conduct and professional acumen of this office.
1st, this office attempted to interfere with my care at new Dentist I had selected.
2nd, they refused to repair poor work completed on my sons chipped tooth unless I paid agreed to pay for their error. Additionally, Dr. Bill Heriford attempted to manipulate my son into claiming fault.
Lesson learned; just because an office receives 5 stars doesn’t mean they’re a 5 star business.
