I have been coming to Dr Sue for several years. She has the most outstanding patient doctor relationship. I drive an hour to come see her & will continue to bring myself & my family. She’s never had a bad attitude or made me feel bad for things gone wrong in my mouth. Education & health for her patients ha s always been super important.

Greeted upon entering, by a sweet young lady Autumn temp taken Covid forms done on a iPad super cool, back in less than five min. Great service and treatment from Vicki G and Dr. Bill Heriford.

Most thourough check up I ever had at a dentist. I absolutely love the dental hygienist I saw. I had to have a tooth removed and Dr. Bill did a great job. I never been a fan of going to the dentist but this office makes you very comfortable.

I cannot begin to describe the experience that I had at this dentist office this morning. It was just Great!!!! The entire staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. I was given a tour of the office as well as a personal sit down greeting by Dr. Heriford. We chatted about my past dental experience and how they will do whatever they can to help me regain confidence in my smile. I received a gift as a new customer as well as genuine personal attention. They answered all of my questions and nothing seemed rushed. I definitely did not feel like another "number" if you will. I will definitely recommend this dental office to everyone as I plan to be a continued patient as well:)

As a new patient I was expecting to be signing paperwork first thing. However, I was pleasantly surprised with a tour of the facility (which includes a snack area and kids play room - BONUS!). I was taken to a private room to sign my paperwork and was AGAIN blown away by the fantastic conversation with the receptionist when she sat down at the table with me - not sitting behind a desk but sitting in conversation with me - discussing (not lecturing) what services I was to receive and their value (and also which ones were GIFTS to me). Then both the DOCTOR and her ASSISTANT entered the room and sat down at the table to meet me. They asked questions and actively listened to my answers. They were smiling and friendly and compassionate. They listened with intent because they really loved their jobs and their patients. Outstanding! Even the woman who handled billing and insurance was courteous, efficient, and above and beyond her job (she could have easily pawned the work off to me or made me frustrated but she never gave up trying to contact my insurance). At each stage of my dental treatment things were explained to me and I didn't feel rushed (which is amazing because I know the insurance issues must have put their schedule behind). I even tried to joke around with the assistant saying "I know how it is to have an appointment run late - it drives me mad." The assistant smiled sweetly and said, "It's really no problem." She never broke professionalism and never broke her smile while we waited for the insurance issue to straighten out. I never once felt lost in the process wondering what was next. These people work hard and love it. I spoke with several people in the waiting room who were just as cheery and happy to be receiving dental work from this company.
Five-star service! Great job, ladies!

Oh, and they have massaging exam/dental chairs while you are being treated!

I have always had a wonderful experience at Heriford & Heriford. Dr. Bill and the rest of the staff are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so welcoming. They always take the time to address my concerns and make me feel valued as a patient. Highly recommend.

We have both enjoyed our dental services with the Heriford's for 20 years plus. All of the staff is very helpful and personable. The doctors are genuinely concerned about your health care and use the most current equipment and procedures. We highly recommend them.

OMG this was so awesome and affordable!! The Doc talks you thru everything that he is doing!! I have always been nervous about denists and I have never felt this comfortable before with one. I had a tooth extraction and it was out super quick and not painful!!!! Thankyou for working thru this virus for emergency patients!!
