Love this dental service. My dentist left which is always traumatic for me but Dr Patel stepped right in making me feel safe and secure. All the staff are professional and kind and caring. The dental hygienists and assistants are the best I’ve ever had work with me. Easy to talk with, laugh with and feel safe with. Dr Patel makes sure I have no pain and does his work to perfection. So glad I found this place when I moved back to sheboygan in 2016. Absolutely five stars 🌟

If I could vote for best dental care giver, Family Dental Care on Washington would get my vote. The Dr. and his staff are kind, gentle, informative, and professional in every way. The lobby is inviting and warm. The equipment is up to date and state of the art "i think". Lastly this is the place to save and fix teeth not yank them and push you out the door. Thank You!

I had a root canal done and I truly had a fast, safe, and pleasant experience with Dr.Patel and his assistant Ms. Elizabeth. Both had explained to me step by step, what they were going to be doing in the root canal process, and reassured me everything was going to be fine. At last, during checkout with Ms. April. She is very hospitable. So, thank you all for your time, patience, and service.

If it would be possible to give them zero stars I would. The ONLY redeeming thing about this place is the office ladies. They are amazing. However, Dr. Patel is HORRENDOUS. I used to see Dr. Buchanan there and he was amazing. Sadly, during covid he left. Now they have this guy. The very first time I saw him he said I needed a crown and a filing redone. Well that's odd because Dr. Buchanan, who I had seen for 5 years, had NEVER mentioned that I needed a crown or that was even on the horizon. I explained I have jaw issues and when he told me how long it would take I told him I would need longer or to split it into two appointments. HE DID NOT LISTEN TO MY VAILD CONCERNS. When the day came I explained once again my concerns and it was ignored by him. After about an hour and a half my jaw locked. He tried to get it to go back in place for about 20 minutes before sending me to the oral surgeon. After that I was told when I called to ask if he could see me because I was still in my pain from my jaw being locked open for a long time that my "treatment plan was on hold until I see a TMJ specialist." He would not see me or talk to me about the pain I was in. After about a week of being in pain I went to the oral surgeon's office and burst into tears in pain. The fact that he did not listen to my concerns and then refused to see me until I saw a specialist is absurd. If you are thinking about going here RUN AS FAR IN THE OPPOSITE DIRRCTION AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Im always completely satisfied when going here. For a very long time, I disliked going to the dentist. For the simple reason i was afraid of getting critisized for not seeing a dentist for such a long time, because i know my teeth were not well cared for as they should. They never once made me feel as if it was to late and they never once critisized me for anything. I would recomend washington dental to anyone who has a lack in confudence in themselves. They are all great and caring. Cant wait for my next teeth cleaning.. Smile with confidence when you go to Washington Dental.

I’ve gone to Family Dental for multiple years and always have Dr B as my dentist. The office staff are always very pleasant and the hygienists are extremely thorough and make you feel comfortable. I appreciate them explaining everything they are doing and making sure that I am fully informed. I feel like my concerns are heard. Dr B is very personable and has a good sense of humor as well as being a great all around dentist. They recommended me go to a partner dentist in Grafton for my wisdom tooth removal a few years ago and that saved me thousands compared to the other quotes I received at other local surgeons offices. I always feel like I am in good hands in their clinic. Recommend!

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I am not happy with the end results of my service however. It is just temporary but now I have to walk around with a crooked tooth (the bottom of it-not something Invisalign could fix) as well as a gap between my teeth that was not their prior. I normally wouldn’t mind however I work with the public on a daily basis and now whenever I smile within the next 3-4 weeks everyone will see a very crooked and gapped tooth. I wouldn’t be as upset if I didn’t just pay 1800 for this procedure
