I was waiting almost 3 months for my appointment they cancel and they never call me for let me know I go there for finding out was cancel and let me waiting for 25 min just for give me a new appointment the woman on the desk take slow just for find a new appointment I explain I lost my day for work the that appointment and she say she don’t care and the appointment she have is in 2 months I say I going to leave this wonderful review and again she say she don’t care that is how serious this people treat their customers

Started off great. But a root canal, a crown, wisdom teeth taken out, cavity filled, and a lazer treatment later, I still had pain. When I called back for a medical mouthwash for the pain after the last lazer treatment I was denied and hygienist stated I needed to have the other side done. After awhile I felt they were not helping my pain and just wanting to do unnecessary work. I still have pain, 7 months later and am now seeking dental care elsewhere. I did everything they told me to do, paid my bills, and have more pain than when I started care.

Going to Family Dental was a wonderful A+ experience for me! The customer service was phenomenal!!!! I was greeted with a smile from every single team member. Everyone made me feel very welcome. They took their time explaining the procedures that I needed done and answered all my questions. My hygienist was very kind and did amazing work!!
