Horrible. Their websites say they extract wisdom teeth there. So I made an appt via email. They responded back and confirmed that I wanted all 4wisdom teeth extracted and said it can be done. So I took half a day of work off to get my teeth extracted. But before all that, someone mysteriously canceled their earlier appt so they ask if I wanted to come in earlier. Not to extract, but to upsell cleaning my teeth and sell me more stuff than I even asked for before ever examining me.
Day of appt, I go in and Dr looks at my teeth and says I should take them out, make an appt with the surgeon, who is not even in the same practice and who is off fridays. So I wasted a whole damn day thinking they were gonna extract my wisdom teeth because they said they would and can and their websites says they surgically can. Made an appt on a damn day their is no Oral Dr in the city available. Why make appt for wisdom teeth extraction and not make one at the same time for the surgeon. It’s common sense. They even had the nerve to try and schedule a follow up appt. Follow up for what? Walking in and walking back out.
I do not recommend this place. They seem to just want to pinch every penny from you and really care less of what your needs are. The cashier said I didn’t owe them anything today. Yeah right. Let’s see if they charged my insurance. I will not return.

This place cleans my teeth well. I’d say they are better than my last dental place at Taylor drive. Not only that, but their staffs are also nice. Recommend place! A+

Did not care for this dental clinic at all, and will not be returning, even though I need further dental care in the near future. The intake receptionist had trouble on the phone getting the spelling of my name correctly, the hygienist was good as far as cleaning went, but pushed additional services at a cost--I only went in for the special price cleaning/exam/X rays. They took an unnecessary amount Xrays--panoramic AND bitewings, and even photographed my teeth...if I ever die anonymously, they sure will be able to identify me! The dentist came in, did not greet me very nicely or seem very friendly, did not pass any pleasantries, and immediately decided I needed extensive work, looked at my mouth, and walked out without a goodbye...no chairside manner whatsoever. They immediately sent in someone to discuss financial arrangements, even though I had not decided on the work, and wanted to make appointments right away... Talk about the hard sell...! My other dentist, whom I had for 29 years, was conservative and always stated if there was no obvious problems, to take a watch and see attitude. Don't go here...and tell your friends to avoid it, too...your mouth, and your wallet will thank you...!

*there is not a "zero star" option or I would have used it......do NOT go to this office...you will never get the same dentist twice...they ''double'' bill by requiring a payment at time of service, which differs from the amount on the insurance EOB. We requested an audit of our account over six months ago. They continue to send us a monthly statement showing a balance due but cannot/will not explain where the balance comes from! Needless to say, we no longer use their services...we are in the process of hiring a lawyer to get back the money they owe us from our overpayments...

I have a terrible fear of the dentist but every time I go to Family Dental I am put at ease. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. B makes me feel comfortable.

Had a very thorough cleaning done and was very impressed with the hygienist. She explained step by step everything being done and my next steps to keeping my teeth and mouth healthy.

Had a cleaning and really enjoyed the service. I did not trust my last dentist, about as much as I do a mechanic. I felt like the staff was honest and wanted to do what is best.

I am one that has always hated the dentist, but the staff here really are caring and understanding.

Rude, forceful doctor. Jokes around way too much and tells you that you have a mouthful of problems that he needs to fix while rushing to spend way too little time on actually fixing it. My coworker had and appointment also and warned me he'd keep forcing "fix-ups" on you until you agreed. She ended up spending a ton of money even with insurance coverage.
