I am very pleased with the care I received at family dental care. My sister recommended me. I had a coupon for a cleaning, exam and xrays for $59.00. What a great value. They did a complete set of xrays,a cleaning and the Dr. came in and did an oral exam. They explained the work I needed to have, done and provided me with a written copy of the cost. I returned about a week later to have a filling replaced and 2 chipped teeth fixed. They made sure that I was not in any discomfort. They numbed the area with a medicaded swab before I received the shot, there was no pain. Dr. Alex did a wonderful job scultping my front teeth. They look great. He is an artist! I live in Cedarburg and am happy to travel 30+ miles to see a dentist that I am pleased with.

Great friendly people. They even have available hours after hours for people that work until five. I love that I don't have to take lunch or vacation to take care of my dental needs. I highly recommend family dental care.

The dentist here is unskilled and discourteous. They are money hungry (they were pushing cosmetic procedures on me because the groves on my molars were too deep). They found two cavities and I let them replace them, because I wanted to trust the doctor, but he botched the filling he put on one side of my mouth (which now in retrospect I doubt I even needed! I was going to the dentist twice a year for 7 years before with no problems whatsoever and now, suddenly, I have two cavities!?) and broke my crown on the other side. He asked me if he should use anesthesia, I said I would like that because I have sensitive teeth yet he chose not to. It hurt. He then used anesthesi but went at it too soon; I told him I still had feeling, he didn't listen and he hurt me anyway.

I love this place and the staff is fantastic I had a crown done today and Dr Buchanan was very informative and kept me relaxed Abbey was super helpful and they made dental work fun for me .
