well , one thing I can say I wish they can change is the waiting time and their customer service because , every time I come to yall I'm walking out very much happy and the lady with the straight teeth. did my braces and she was very much rough and I did not like her because , how in the world you gone take your angry out on me and not on your employees . 💯💯💯💯

Franklin Dental is very unorganized, and low on staff. I’ve came three times out the week and still haven’t been seen. I always get turned around or asked to get rescheduled, I come on time and it’s still always a problem and an excuse. I do not recommend.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The absolute WORST place to take your kids. They could care less if your child is in pain. My son's cap was bleeding and gum was swollen i was old the dentist only sees 1 patient at 8 and 2 patients and 1pm and all the slots were full that he had to wait until July 3 to be seen mide you this is June 14! Not to mention how long it took to get someone on the phone to try and schedule. Currently looking for a good dentist for my kids.

The wait times are horrible! My daughter was scheduled for a 2:00 pm visit, we arrived at 1:14 pm and waited in the initial waiter area for over 2 hours before I went up to complain. They overbook their patients and I heard one person complain she had been rescheduled twice and that day was her 3rd attempt but was rescheduled again. When I complained about our wait, we were brought to the back immediately, but due to the number of patients we could only do part of her treatment. I was told we would have to reschedule for another visit. Someone was supposed to call for that next appointment. One day the following week I got a call saying my daughter missed an appointment the day before, but we received no notice about any appointments since that one visit mentioned earlier. I asked the representative about scheduling a new appointment and she stated someone would have to call us back as nothing was available at the time. I called today, same result.

Wish i could give zero stars very unprofessional. My first appointment got canceled in august with no reason to why. Then rescheduled for September 3rd that one got cancel because no one was available to clean adult teeth when i clearly mad an appointment for a fill in. Im also pregnant at the moment. Then rescheduled for October 25 just yo get a message today to tell me my appointment has been canceled because there is no one to clean adult teeth. If this is the same problem from last time why wait till 3 days before the appointment to tell me i just been waiting for nothing. With no explanation or anything just say sorry for inconvenience. Very much waste of time better off going somehwere else

I have been taking my daughter for a few years to Franklin Dental. It has been an on and off hit-and-miss front-desk customer service. Today though they blew the gasket.
I had scheduled two appointments for my daughter and our foster child. Earlier in the day, as in the day of the appointment, I received a phone call letting me know that they will not see the foster child as she is 17 years of age. Then proceeded to ask me if I could move the 4 p.m. appointment to 3 p.m. I agreed to it.
We arrive at the office early, 15 minutes prior to the appointment, to sign in and fill out the paper work. Needless to say that I was complying with their requests of wearing a mask. I took the forms out to the car as I wasn't going to wait in their waiting area with a mask on.
15 minutes elapsed and my daughter hadn't still been called in. 30 minutes passed and I decided to inquire about the remaining waiting time. As I didn't want to wear a mask I stood at the door and asked how much longer I would have to wait for my daughter to be called as we had already waited way past our appointment. time. The receptionist told me in a snooty voice that if I would put on a mask and come to the desk that she would answer my question. I told her that she could answer the question from where I stood. She persisted to sound like a broken record: "If you wear a mask and come to the desk I'll answer your question." I told her that there was no need for me to wear a mask as she could answer this simple question from where I stood. From there she then proceeded to tell me to have a great day. That was it!
When they finally called, I was already on my way, which was 40 minutes past the dental appointment time. They lost me and my family as customers and I will spread the word of their poor customer service during this time.
And all of this frustration comes as I had tried multiple times to get in touch with them to set up an appointment and nobody would answer the phone, a scheduled appointment at the end of May never had been officially cancelled or them simply extending the curtesy to inform us about it, and the mere fact of office staff not wanting to share a simple answer to a simple question.

This has got to be the worst dentist office to take your children to. The only reason my daughter had to go here was because her normal dentist stopped accepting her Insurance.They are very rude and unprofessional, my daughter left out the office in tears today due to an employee digging into her gums and pulling at her lips. She the. Proceeds to tell my daughter she has bad dental hygiene. My daughter is 14, she brushes her teeth three times daily, she has braces and takes keeping her braces/teeth clean at all times. Hell she makes sure she Carrie’s around her extra toothbrush and floss so she’s prepared. They wouldn’t let me speak to the lady who did it, they wouldn’t even tell me her name. They should be shut down

Definitely will not be taking my children back to this place. They told me I could not sit with my 7 year old while she got her work done. They said due to COVID but isn’t that the reason we wear mask at this place. I will not be fooled by some rule that just was made up. I ask can I see that in black in white and they could not. I told them that wasn’t right and they will no longer serve my children.. Also against HIPPA… Don’t even bother with these ppl
