My friends 3 year old had an appt at 9:30, we arrived at 9 a.m at 11:45... We were told ... They said they booked to many appointments. So he was reschedule for next month. THE WORST EXPERIENCE THERE, NO COMMUNUCATION WHATS SO EVER!!!! 3 year old was hungry, tired...etc.Fure the schedule person, apparently they have no clue!!!!

The worst Dentist ever!!.I done got rescheduled twice cause either they don’t see my kids appointment or not enough doctors smh. A friendly phone called would’ve worked instead of me having 2 take them and get turned around.

Had an appt scheduled and they called to reschedule due to the dentist having an emergency. My husband took off work for the rescheduled date and time and when he got there they told him it had been cancelled due to (AGAIN) the dentist having an emergency. They didn't even attempt to call and let us know before hand. Time is money! My husband could had stayed at work! The staff in the back are always nice, I will say that. Wait times previously were way too long for a scheduled appointment. I'd been looking for a new pediatric dentist after previous billing errors so this solidified my case to continue that search.

We enjoy our services it’s a family environment love warm and welcoming feeling. It was out 1st time visiting we’re going to come back to do mom, dad teeth 🦷 cleaning care next. Ours sons enjoy there visit. They want to come back tomorrow to play 😃 Job well done 👍 Staff was very knowledgeable.

Aside from the fact that it's conveniently located, this place brings me many headaches. They ALWAYS overbook, so if you have an appointment expect to be seen 30 minutes after your time. There's no rapport between any of the staff (Dentist, assistants, hygienist, etc) and patients/kids. It's just like a big factory, they take on as many as they can and push them out as quickly as they can.

Horrible service, canceled my appointments twice in 2 months, the most recent being today, and their appointment was tomorrow, saying they don't have a hygienist for teenagers. And when you do get seen, there is always a long wait to get seen, because they over book patients.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff here are unprofessional! I think they used to be under kool smiles, my daughter needed braces which they agreed on all I had to do what set up her appointment and pay the deposit.. EVERYTIME I tried calling the ortho department was always “out” or “sick”... all of them? The whole department? Really? The last time I tried calling I got hung up on or transferred to a voicemail that was already full.. go to James Lopez dental instead, the staff is way more professional .

This place is unprofessional. There never on time and the place is over crowded with people . Another thing is that each time I come here I have to fill in paperwork that I already did, I had in appointment here for some fill in and it took them so long to get to me.I was waiting for at least a hour for a dentist to do there job and some Asian guy and lady came in the room when they did they fill in I feel like the rush now my teeth is sensitive on the top it never was like this now it’s hard for me to eat without hurting please don’t come here not recommend!!!!

Dr.Yu, Brandy and Brooke are a great team! I liked the way they interacted with my son by making feel at ease while having his cleaning and other necessary procedures. I highly recommend Franklin Dental and Braces for your family!
