After today’s visit Will be changing dentist for my kids the staff there is rude and unprofessional had attuned because I wanted to see X-rays of work they say needed to be done because their was no out visibility showing they needed it. Willing to pay I say just go head and do the work if it’s needed they numb up one of kids I walked out the place due to no seating available was call via telephone saying I need to pay before they do the work I’m like how first you do the service they I pay once completed I hung up and came back inside the office manager then tell me to come in a room trying to convince me to pay before services are rendered i than ask to see the policy to show me I had to pay first she then went in a office and took 15 minutes to only come back with my kids asking me the leave facility I said so there no policy saying I have to pay first and y’all numb them up and didn’t do the work. Give me their records and we will be leaving. Bad services it’s always was a waiting problem but this took the cake. Just cause you change the name ( Kool Smiles) it’s still the same funky atmosphere in there .

My appointment was on 10/10/20. They told me they couldn't clean my kids teeth and he needed a deep cleaning. They needed to send an authorization request and would get back to me. I waited with no call back. I called them back on the 22nd and was told "they would check on it". Basically, they hadn't put in the request. Today is the 30th and no one has called me and I have called several times with no answer. Yet, they won't clean my kids teeth without the deep cleaning being done. This is my line of business, so I know it doesn't take that long. They are lazy and unprofessional.

If I could I would give them 0. This place is awful. They act like they are the only game in town and you have to put up with thier rudeness and un professionalism. This was an appointment for my child ( who is Autistic) he has extra teeth growing in the wrong places. He was seen and hour and a half late then they rush u cause they want to go home. Smh never again.

My kids have never had a bad experience here! The only bad thing I have to say is that receptionist is rude AF. I recently changed my insurance plan and I understand you cannot verify benefits on a Saturday, the only reason I make Saturday Appointments is so I dont have to take off during the week. Not only did the receptionist refuse to take my insurance information but I offered to pay for services in full upfront and be reimbursed after they filed to insurance and she told me "we dont reimburse" I work for an insurance company and if you are an in network provider you are contractually obligated to reimburse whatever I overpay for. This girl needs to be fired for not only her rudeness but just flat out refusing to even take their insurance information.

I've made multiple appointments to this office with an end goal of braces for my teen. I had an appointment scheduled for 7/24/2021 at 2:30. Upon arrival I was told that they were closed. There's always something when dealing with Franklin Dental. Update: the call center for Franklin Dental has called me at least 3 times a week since this review with some of the most horrible and unprofessional CSA ever. This is a weird twilight zone experience.

Firstly I want to say that this place needs better doctors ,one of the doctors took some cavity’s out of my teeth and I still have pain till this day and my appointment was on April .Also my mother called the office plenty times and still no call till this day .This need’s to be taking seriously .This is malpractice!!!!

My appointment was at 11am, I got there at 10:20. 11:45 they come out and ask me to come back at 1300. You wait extremely to long and they only have like ten seats but yet it’s 20-30 people in the lobby. I’ll never go back to this place. I couldn’t even get my work done today cause of the wait and I had to go get my kid. If you can avoid this place I would. Absolutely terrible and if I could leave a 0 star review I would.

The ladies at the front desk are super nice!! We had an appointment at 10:00am and we got to the office at 9:45. My son was not called back until 11:30 and he is still in the back and it is after 12:00pm. He went in for a simple filing. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait that long. Numerous amount of people got tired of waiting and simply left.

This is the most unorganized dental office I have ever seen. Some one is always not coming back from lunch or not coming in that day. They dont even have the decency to try and call to reschedule your appointment. I dont understand how an appointment can be made and verified but when you get there it's always a mistake, the appointment should not have been made. The office and the call center need to get on the same page. They are blaming each other for the screw ups. Even standing in the office face to face with the receptionist telling her I'm not there for a cleaning my mouth is in horrible pain, she is still trying to schedule me for a cleaning 2 hours later and cant guarantee they will take care of my tooth problem. I wanted to talk to a manager they cant even get that person for me.

They put me off as an adult for 6 months before covid-19 started. Now that it has started they will not see me. Even though I spoke with someone who said they could set up an appointment for me at the same time I set one up for my children. We set the appointment for 1pm and somehow it was changed to 3:30 without calling me or okaying it with me. This place is highly unorganized and they do not know what they are doing as far as scheduling. When you set an appointment for a very specific time because that's when you need it don't exspect that to be the case day of they move it around as they please. They really do not care about the clients and I suggest you take your family else where. We as of today will no longer be seeing them. What a shame as cool smiles they were great but the company name change changed a whole lot more than just the name.
