Sense the covid 19 outbreak. Franklin closed up shop. Well I have 2 kids with braces. So both need work two weeks ago but there closed. But they still taking payments out of my account. Well needless to say I'm not paying for something I'm not getting. So they hit me with late fees. Sense I didn't pay. Well I don't think its right that they closed during this but still taking money for services not being done. This is b.s.

They're orthodontist staff in accounting is very disrespectful her name is Candice she doesn't allow patients to talk she talks over them she's unprofessional and she also belittles the patient I have not had a problem with the other staff but as far as the manager well the ortho side is very unprofessional

If you can actually get to you appointment without them canceling on you the day before, you'll sit in the waiting room for an hour plus. Find another dentist. They never have appointments, and they over book clients in the same time slots.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We made an appointment during the week for the following Saturday and they did not verify insurance information we gave them. We then drove 20 minutes for our scheduled appointment that Saturday and were turned away because insurance could not be verified during the weekend. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will not be returning.

I booked an appointment DECEMBER 28 for FEBRUARY 26 because they said there was no appointments available until then. All I needed is my cap on my root canal fixed because it’s loose. My appointment is next week and they sent me a text message CANCELING my appointment. To wait this long, just for my appointment to be canceled is unprofessional to say the least!!!!!

For as many times I get reminder phone calls and texts for my kids appointment they could at least remind them selves or use that extra resource to maybe keep an appointment on time instead making ppl wait an hour and a half after there scheduled time. It's even worse that I show up 20 minutes early and being made to wait this long.

Please do not go here. I ended up in the emergency room with staph in my mouth. I begged for help repeatedly for new antibiotics and pain meds... Horrible. First night was sent home with 4 teeth remove with nothing. Telling please please find a new densit. No one to catch staph. Painful horrible and you will not be treated. I begged for new antibiotics...

I had an appointment for my daughter and they cancelled the day of right before I could take her she had to miss so school. My son also had appointment at 8am and I arrived at 7:45am he was never seen I had to leave I left at 11. Horrible!
