I absolutely was a little skeptical about this place. But i will say it has excellent staff here. The wait might be a little long if you're there on a busy day. However the staff are so friendly. When i was anxious they definitely made me feel better. And if you go for a cleaning or get anything done. Make sure you request this woman Sarah Bryant. She is such a wonderdul spirited person. She is very informative and takes her time. I love that she helped me feel comfortable.

I had gone to this place because of a cavity in two of my teeth. When I got there they gave me a cleaning and took a look at my teeth. They found the issues and the doctor booked me an appointment immediately for one of my cavities which was a very serious one as it was close to my nerves and could've ended up becoming a root canal, but the Doctor was amazing and he saved it. These people are really friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

My boyfriend had an appointment for 11 and they didn’t call him back until 1! Not only did they wait super late to call him back when they got back there and did an X-ray they left him there for 15 minutes and didn’t explain anything to him. Please work on your timing because if I set an appointment for 11 I’m willing to wait 30 minutes max. Not multiple hours when I have other things to do.

Would not go here. These people are scammers, they got me in I was there to get my son's tooth fixed and they were trying to tell me his teeth had to be cleaned first then come back. They have more people there cleaning teeth than anything. And only have one Dentist. This place is scamming the system by charging you for stuff they know medicaid cover's when you don't need it.

I went into the office today for my daughter first dental visit. I was taken back by how many people in the building which made it impossible to stay six feet away . Then I went to check in and was rudely spoken to by a receptionist and even more so I was told to fill out paperwork after handling my insurance card to her and then informed 20-30 mins later that they didn’t accept our insurance company mind you we have had this appointment for a month.....#ACompleteWasteOfTime

The front desk employees are not kind to the patient. I told her that I need to give her my new insurance and in front of my face (while answeing to her next co-worker) she said I dont know what she is talking about and she said "ok take a seat"... Is her work to pay attention to those details and try to understand and help the patient, she didnt have that touch when saying things, she shouldn't be working with patients. She should be far from the public. For cleaning you have to wait 4 months or more...

The dental clinic overall ( not the orthodontist office) is ok. My issues is with a orthodontist and one in particular in which I will be placing a complaint in the office. My son has been for the last 7 months out of town going to another clinic. The orthodontist decided she would bad mouth me in front of my son when she has no idea of what is going on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING TO THE HEAD OFFICE!!! On top of that, they tightened my son braces and did no cleaning. I had to go back out front and tell them that he needed a cleaning. They then proceeded to look him up and tell me oh yes he does. How are you the dental clinic, and I have to tell you what is needed.

Front desk is horrible. I was running late with my baby, so I called ahead to let them know that I was on the way. They said it was ok. Arrived, stood in line for over 5 minutes before I could sign in. Waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before someone stepped from behind the desk to tell me because I was late they could not see my son. My boyfriend called the next day to reschedule and was told they don't see 11 month old babies THAT'S why the appt was cancelled. And proceeded to hang up in his face before he could ask his next question.

He is the worst dentist in columbus georgia, they give you appointments with a 3-month wait, they are not interested in patients, only money. they need to be more professional and respect patients.
