I received dentures from Aspen at the Rochester Salem road office and was so pleased with Leah's help to make sure that I was happy and that they fit me properly!! Her bubbly personality and expertise is the best! She was so helpful that my wife went to see her also to get her dentures and was very pleased also because her experience was not as pleasant as mine until Leah helped her with her dentures and also made them fit her properly. Thank you Leah you are the best !!!!

So happy I chose Aspen Dental for my new lower denture which broke 5 days ago. They went over all my choices and prices. Called many other dentists including my former dentist and I was so surprised at the quality of service and the prices. Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who would need dentures.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was extremely kind and caring, I was very impressed when having x-rays and they technician stayed in the room holding my head for the right position. I had many neck and back surgeries and they were very kind.

This dentistry is a scam. They require a deposit for making an appointment and despite a 2 page refund policy will not refund your money for services not rendered. In addition, they were going to perform over $1500 of unnecessary dental work. I found this out by attending a reputable dentist. Do NOT go here, check the BBB website for all the horrible reviews. They are also being sued by the state of NY. This practice is a fraud. And I am now out $200. Consumer beware. Most of the positive reviews online are from people who don't even live in MN.

I was a new patient and the call center which scheduled me neglected to tell me that I would not get a cleaning on my first visit even though I asked for a cleaning appointment. Instead, they took xrays and bitewings which were incredibly painful due to using the large sensor, had the dentist and hygienist look at my teeth. When I went to schedule my cleaning the man in charge of scheduling said they were booked out until May. Why are they taking new patients if there’s a five month wait? I ended up scheduling with an Aspen clinic in the cities for mid-January. I called back to ask if my insurance was going to be billed (as I originally wanted to take my business elsewhere). I was upset but still considerate yet the man who answered the phone was very rude and snippy. I wouldn’t give Aspen future business but I’m hoping this is just a case of one really bad apple in the Aspen Dental tree.

As someone with vast dental phobia related problems, I greatly enjoyed my visit here! They were reassuring, detailed and organized and went through everything they did with wonderful expertise.

Needed to have my bridge looked at and they were amazing! The dentist was super at what he would recommend to do, the hygienists were so helpful and great at the prep work, and the office lady was super at helping me figure out a financial plan for my new bridge. This was my first time there because we just moved to Rochester and I needed to see a dentist right away. Thanks Aspen for a great visit...will go back again!

This was by far the absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. I called to schedule my annual cleaning because my original dentist was booked out until May. I spent over 15 minutes waiting at the front desk before the receptionist realized I was there, the X-ray tech took over 12 images including a panoramic when 6 is plenty, the dental hygienist had absolutely no clue what she was doing and needs to go back to school, and the dentist tried to sell their "custom fit" mouthguard for $375. I hope they get shut down by the BBB, their business practices are very unethical.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental, Rochester. Everyone, without exception treated me like I was Royalty. Dr Nye (not sure of the spelling, worked with me and took care of all my concerns and questions.
I recommend them whole heartily.

I had a tooth break at breakfast on Friday and was able to get an appointment the following morning (Sat) at 8:15am! I was told before I went the checkup and x-rays would be at no charge as I did not have dental insurance! When I went to the appointment the service was excellent, had a full set of x-rays and a complete evaluation by Dr Rizzo. I then met with the manager Loni and left with a complete detailed breakdown of recommended proceedures and a detailed breakdown of costs! I plan paying with cash but there were several options and even discounts based on my situation to have my dental health restored! I was shocked that the can be started as soon as next week. This was a total breath of fresh air in a dental experience! I felt very welcome the whole time and really can't wait to get started. I will post reviews as I have future visits over the next month. Overall a great value so far...and the first visit was at no cost to me!
Follow up post, my initial evaluation indicated that I needed 2 crowns and 2 fillings. I had the first crown completed within 2 weeks, who knew gold was less than zirconia! I did sign up for a discount program, not insurance (Carrington about $200) that would save me money even paying cash. The estimate was confusing and at retail so had the sticker shock but bottom line was as expected. All went well and as promised my bill was just under half of the retail price for a crown...this was amazing to me. I also had fillings done and had crown prep done and scheduled my second crown to be completed. I arrived at the office at 8am after an hour drive to learn that the crown had not been dropped off by UPS yet. Apparently it was delivered at 2pm that day even though I left town at 10am. The staff was very apologetic but I had lost a half a day with travel. I came back had the work finished for the price quoted paid the bill and just have a cleaning (booked out 2 months) to finish my care for now. They did give me a gift card which was a nice gesture but it's hard to make up for half a day. Overall I plan to go there again and my family will follow. I was the point person to see if Aspen was something we wanted to do as a family. It definitely will save us a ton of money and it seems like we can get our dental care done without waiting several months as it was at our previous dentist. Thanks
