Was a patient for 5 years. Had four crowns done here. Two broke after three years. They refused to pay anything towards them because my night grinding caused it. I brought up that I bought their night guard and used it nightly so this wasn't my fault. They didn't budge. I paid $980 upfront because their insurance/estimator was "broken". Got scheduled for a month out. Day before they said I had to reschedule. Rescheduled for another month out. Yet again the day before they had me reschedule again and they were pushing me out into June. Mind you this all started in February and my insurance was getting impatient the procedure hadn't been completed yet. I expressed my frustrations to the receptionist Sydney and she was uninterested and refunded me and asked if there was anything else I wanted. I have now changed to 12th Street Dental and they got my crowns fixed within a week and we're 1/3 the price with nicer staff. I had high hopes for this place, unfortunately I was let down.

I chose Aspen as my new dental home after going many years without dental visits . I was really nervous but it was a great experience. Kelly the dental assistant worker worked really fast for my X-rays and was so very nice and efficient. The hygienist and gum Doctor were so nice , very clear in explaining , and didn’t have an issue with answering all my questions. I was shown all my results with all the new awesome technology, so I knew exactly what they seen and have a picture to their explanations and reasonings on why they chose the care/procedures they chose for me . It was very cool and helpful.
I was very pleased. I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning and other needs!

Refused to resolve hygienist caucasian request after all the preventive work was completed. Bad attitude also. They do not care about repeat business.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and my first visit was frictionless. Kelly explained every step of the process and I was take care of well at each step. The technology and expertise was top-notch and I had a pleasurable experience (which isn’t common for going to the dentist).

The staff here is very professional and kind! They are caring and compassionate, I went to get a tooth pulled with no insurance and they helped me so i was saving money where i could! I have terrible dentist anxiety and DR. Hicks was absolutely amazing at easing my anxiety and walking through every step of the process. Hands down an all together great team, including Georgia, and Dr. Nye and Alan th ed assistant who helped as well. You guys did an awesome job.

The office staff assistance and doctors are all kind and friendly and very courteous. They explain to me what was going on every step of the way and made it a very pleasurable experience but when it came to getting prices I felt the office manager was more focused on a sale then what I truly wanted he kept asking about my price range and what I could afford instead of just what I came in asked about

Everyone was so kind and friendly. They put me at ease and made me comfortable. All of my questions were answered and they even gave me information on different programs that could assist me with financing my dental care since I am new to this state and do not have dental insurance just yet. Great experience and I'd for sure recommend Aspen Dental to anyone for your oral care needs.
UPDATE: My visits are always a 10/10. The staff is still amazing. Everyone is bubbly with great energy and even greater communication. I didn't have many questions because everything was explained perfectly. And the few questions I did have were answered. Best dental experience by far. I'd recommend them to anyone.
