Very kind and patient with me, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor.. anyone with high anxiety about the dentist, I would recommend Aspen Dental. Thank you to Dr. Nye & Dr. Hicks. They both showed such grace and patience with me. They are so kind!! Gwen my nurse was amazing as well!! So nice and personable. Able to relax and bring my anxiety down considerably. David was so funny and easy to talk to. Very kind and patient with me as the impressions for my teeth was a little nerve wracking going in but he made me feel at ease about the process. Lamar was very helpful and made the process easier as well. Thank you to the entire staff at Aspen Dental in SW Rochester. My family loves you all. My kids were seen today as well and when we left they commented that they were no longer scared of the dentist. This is HUGE for me and my kids!! A million thanks!!! ❤️

I make the earliest appointment because I have an emergency on my teeth. I call and verify before I make my appointment IF they TAKE my insurance? They say YES. Then they told me to come 15min before my appointment. When I walk- in they told me get out and wait outside because they have a meeting, so why to schedule some one on their meeting time frame? And when I coming show them my insurance card they said they don’t take it. Unprofessional to give out the wrong information to people. NOT recommend to this place. Will ruined your day.

It was a great experience! I am finally able to get Invisalign and some other tooth issues resolved. Dr Hicks and staff did a great job with my initial consultation so I could get started. She also resolved issues with 9 of my teeth that other dentists have not wanted to fix. Dr Hicks did an amazing job and I cannot wait for my treatments to be finished and to get to enjoy my new smile.

It was the best experience I’ve had at the dentist great amazing people. Dr. Hicks was just perfect beyond amazing nice and easy to talk to. Allan is super nice and very good at what he does. Gwen is the first person I met and she is the nicest and most understanding person ever easy to talk to and just great overall

Made an appointment for two root canals for Wednesday, April 6. Had to drive an hour to Rochester since they couldn’t get me in any other location for 2 weeks. Arrived in Rochester at 2:50 pm for my 3:00 pm appointment. Upon arrival was told they dentist was too busy and couldn’t fit me in. Was told they tried to call me, however after reviewing my missed phone call log and voicemails I explained that they didn’t call me. The pain is overwhelming and I cannot wait any longer and was told I would have to wait another week to get back in for an appointment. I asked for my money to be returned, as I said as made to prepay.

I would like to thank all the staff at aspen dental in Rochester Mn. They did an Amazing job. I came in on an emergency basis with a horrible tooth. 3 1/2 hours and three different people to get my tooth out and they did it with class style and grace. I want to give the upmost thanks to Hayley Gwen Lamar and Dr. Hicks they are truly Angels.
