One of the worst dental offices in the city. They filled my tooth 1 year ago and it still hurts. The dentist who was filling my tooth was watching TV when he was doing it. Next time he said I need to fill another tooth and did not schedule me for it. I paid about 300$ for cleaning and two month later they sent me a bill for 19 additional dollars. When I asked them to add it to my next appointment (crests problem with my insurance) they did not accept. I paid and cancelled my next appointment and would never go back.

Went in for a cleaning and exam, the hygienist barely even touched my back teeth. I told the dentist I had a bothersome tooth and he said it was fine. Then that night, I started having a very bad toothache. They told me it was normal, so I went to a different dentist. I ended up having work done and the new dentist stated that it didn't even look like my teeth had been cleaned. I only gave them 2 stars because they admitted fault and gave me my money back.

We are a family of 4. They will only see 2 patients from one family in a day. Not so convenient not being able to knock out dentists appts. for the entire family in just one trip. Also, very bad communication between their corporate and local office. I received a text from their corporate office asking to confirm the appts. and in less than 2 hrs after that I recieved a call from the local office to cancel the appts. for the next day because they did not have a dentist scheduled for that day. Why would their corporate office schedule appts. for times they did not have a dentist scheduled? When we showed up for the rescheduled appt. they acted like my 14 yr old didn't have an appt. scheduled. They went ahead and saw him that day but it added an hour to our visit time which was a solid 2 hrs. They need to get their scheduling together. Also, they had not salted their parking stalls after freezing rain from the day before. The stalls were glazed in ice. It was very difficult getting into the building safely. One of their own employees took a hard fall later when he left. Safety is # 1. Should be looking out for their customers and employees.

While in town with my daughter during her Mayo visit I had a dental problem occur Saturday night , Monday morning we where in the parking lot calling them we where taken care of and back on track by 10 am . This was such a wonderful experience thank you so very much . Everyone was more than polite ,above and beyond for sure .

Went in and had then look at a tooth. It was bad had to pull and now Monday I go in to get partials put in. The people were so awesome made me feel good even though I have not seen a dentist in over 10 years. Will post pictures once I get my teeth.
