The staff at this location was great. Had unfor heard bad things about how Dr.s treated there assistance in other locations. I did not get that impression at all. I felt that they were thorough and friendly. I would and have already recommended them to co workers, and family too.

Was initially pleased with the services they gave and the treatment was great. Sadly since my appointments there I have had horrible problems with the teeth they did work on. When I noticed I was having issues and voiced my concerns the doctor told me my tooth was bruised and the pain would go away with time. It has now ben almost a year since I went there and I still can not chew on that side of my mouth. Also at my teeth cleaning the hygenist made a comment about the size of my teeth and almost seemed to complain about the size of them, did not like that one bit. The prices are not competitive, I would rather go to a local dentist than to go back there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

3 wks after getting tooth extracted on 1st visit all was great .Started having food get caught where the tooth was and the tooth front started hurting.
Tried using there emergency line ,it said call during reg business hrs. Called when they opened .Did not know if they could get me in today they were busy ,if so just for an exam.If a tooth is hurting. badly . i thought They would help you today..Not so First visit was great.After that good luck you are on own after you become existing customer.

It's nice to have found a great dentist after my previous dentist moved out of Rochester. It was also nice to hear that I didn't need all of the work done that my previous dentist stated was needed to be done. Very ethical office.

Went in to see about my options to replace missing teeth .Nice people . But I felt like i was at a cor dealer being pushed to and get all the options . way over the top with not needed services . Never have liked buying a car . Never will return .
