Dr. Jason is the BEST!!!!
Dr. Jason always cares about what is going on in my life and truly makes me feel like I matter. After my appointment he always calls me late in the evening to make sure I am feeling fine and see if there's anything he can do for me. While in the chair he makes me feel comfortable and his procedure always leaves me without anxiety because I know he will take care of me. Dr Jason Sala I thank you very much.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure they have a lot of patients coming in and out all the time, and I only go in for my cleanings 3 times a year, but my hygienist still remembers the conversations we have and it's very nice. Also, the free coffee/water/juice is a great touch. The atmosphere is very professional, but not too uptight. I don't feel like anybody rushes through the work so I feel like I'm getting a good quality service when I'm there.

I’m a new patient. I switched to Sala Family Dentistry because my previous Dentist canceled my appointment in Feb and rescheduled for Dec. I was their customer for over 3 years and this situation was unacceptable.

I felt Sala Family Dentistry seemed more thorough on their check up. They observed things that should be considered and used the X-ray to validate. This is something my previous dentist failed to identify and explain. Anyway, so far so good and I’m impressed with Sala and anticipate a great relationship going forward.

The care is great but the communication is trash. I simply scheduled a cleaning nearly half a year ago and on the day of my cleaning they call me to tell me I have to pay out of pocket for something they just found…… I don’t mind paying for good work but if you decide I need to switch what needs to be done, have your patient be prepared by calling them SOONER!

Sala Family Dentistry is by far the best Dental office in town. Everyone is so welcoming, kind and professional. Kim the dental assistant was amazing! She was so kind, making sure I was comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable about all the questions I was asking. I could tell she truly cares about establishing relationships with her clients and honestly cares about your well being. I finally got over my fear and called to have a broken tooth fixed. I was able to get a next day appointment! Joe was very easy to talk to and made me very comfortable as he was taking xrays and pictures of my broken tooth. Then Dr. Branden came in and was just as easy to talk with and continued to make me comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised that not only was the recommendation that the tooth be restored with a filling, but they could take care of me right then! Following that emergency visit I scheduled my full new patient appointment for just a few days later.

At my new patient appointment I was again greeted by a very friendly face. Destinee was again very easy to talk with and I was very impressed by her chair side demeanor and gentle hands. Dr. Josh performed my exam and helped me understand what was being recommended (which I really appreciate) and Tricia was friendly and efficient when it came time to pay.

I'm so happy I finally faced my fear and hot back into the chair and look forward to completing my treatment plan and having a happy, healthy mouth again!

Best experience at a dentist hands down.

I showed up pretty nervous, but after a short conversation with dental assistant Gabby; my mind was at ease.

My dentist Dr Brandon was relaxed, super straightforward and easy to talk to. He was able to resolve my issue in no time.

Stephanie is great, she was quick to go over my insurance, and payment options.

The office was very clean, All the staff members were wearing proper PPE, they have a good system checking patients in and out.

Sala Family Dentistry has customer service down pat! They are professional and personable, and have an efficient, caring staff. My hygienist, Van, is very friendly and remembers details from our chats during previous visits. She is also very competent and has a great attitude. I have been going to Sala Family Dentistry for 15 years. I moved from Reno to Las Vegas many years ago and I continue to make the trip every 6 months for teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc. because I trust them. My Hygienist, Kandice, has become like family and I really look forward to our visit. She is very professional, caring and gentle. During my most recent visit, she explained all the new procedures and health safety measures that they have put into place due to the virus and she made me feel at ease and safe. I highly recommend the doctors at this Dental Office especially if you have had very bad experiences elsewhere in the past, like me. Kandice is amazing and I can't wait to go back and see her for my next appointment in 6 months. Thank you Sala Family Dentistry.

Dr Jordan and Serena were both very friendly and helpful to me when I shattered my tooth. They made efforts to spend extra time after work to finish repairing my tooth. I never felt uncomfortable or rushed in any way. Thank you Serena and Dr. Jordan!
