Sala Family Dentistry

Our family has been going to Sala Family Dentistry for over 10 years and we enjoy catching up with Dr. Jason, Dr. Justin, Jennifer, Van, Emily, Isai, Katie, Jessica and the rest of the team, when we come in to get our teeth cleaned. Like most families, we have a very busy schedule with sports and after school activities. It had been so convenient that we can all get our dentistry done at one place and all at the same time. My kids love going in to see Dr. Ryan. And, Dr. K.C. did a great job straightening our son’s teeth! The front desk does a great job with answering my insurance questions so we do not have any surprises. They make going to the dentist enjoyable and easy! Thank you team Sala, you are the best!

Very fast, efficient, and friendly. They make sure you know exactly what’s going on and all your options. Everyone in the office is a pro and Dr. Josh and his team are great.

Great facility, but they pushed a treatment that didn’t end up getting covered by insurance. They claim they could have sent a pre authorization to confirm but didn’t since I didn’t indicate cost was an issue. Not going back here. I also know that they had an internal staff competition for 5 star review referrals and got bunch of friends and family of staff to leave 5 star reviews.

Dr. Brandon and Shauna made a fantastic first impression when I came in for emergency dental services. I was able to get in same day after a holiday spent in an extreme amount of pain. They were friendly and gentle. The doctor thoroughly explained the situation, went over options and the pros and cons of each. The procedure went very smoothly and recovery was fast due to the care I received. My financial options were discussed ahead of time so there were no surprises. The office was clean and modern with refreshments available and staff was friendly and helpful. Saturday appointments are available! I'll be returning for a cleaning soon and they have gained a loyal customer!

I have been a patient of Sala for quite sometime. I have seen the office grow from a small building of caring people helping people to receive quality Dental care to the large operation it is today. Unfortunately, with size they have lost some of their personal touch. I have always greatly enjoyed all the customer service aspects their office has to offer. They always made me feel comfortable and cared for. Recently I have had an issue getting scheduled. I saw a doctor for a issue that needed immediate attention. He did a great job at addressing my needs and coming up with a plan to fix what I have going on. My issue is with the "Treatment Coordinators," They were not able to get me scheduled in a timely manner due to how busy the office is and were unconcerned when I explained I needed to be seen asap because I was in so much pain or when I was crying while leaving the office because of how long I'll have to wait in pain and unable to chew. When I brought up the fact that the doctor himself said that he would see me back quickly I was told the doctors are not in charge of their own schedules and was given no solution other than they will call me if they get a cancelation. At this point I would think someone would have brought a clearly upset patient that needs immediate care to a supervisor but I still have yet to hear back from them regarding a cancellation. After many phone calls and this review they finally agreed to get me in but made sure to let me know it was a great inconvenience for them.

Love Sala Family Dentistry! Have been a patient for years and am now doing Invisalign with Dr. Jason and his awesome assistant Gabby. The whole office is nothing but kind and helpful. Thanks!!

I have been with the Sala for 4+ years. What started as a chipped tooth emergency has grown into a trusted working relationship with several teeth repaired, replaced etc. Dr Josh and his team (today Nedy was his sidekick) have always gone above and beyond in making sure I understand the process and am happy with the service provided. Well, there was that one time.... yesterday, when Nedy almost whacked me in the head with the plastic tray lid. But she caught it! Cat like reflexes, that one! Seriously, I cannot thank Dr. Josh and his team enough for restoring my smile and thus, my confidence. ~Best of luck at winning the office challenge :)

I have been receiving treatment from Kandice at Sala for several years now and my oral health has never been better. She never makes me feel bad about not being a perfect flosser and truly cares about me as a patient. Also, my 3 children have been seeing Dr. Ryan, who calls personally to check on them after treatments. We love being patients at Sala!

Friendly staff, and competent, positive professionals, with consistently good communication. I had a new hygienist, but my regular hygienist had her fully aware of my needs. Painless, too! :)

You'll feel like family here because everyone treats you as part of the family. Of course, it starts at the top; both Drs. Sala have taken great care to establish a practice that is business-like and friendly along with providing excellent care.

The Sala team have all bought in to the family culture of the practice. My cleaning today with Jessica and check-out with Tricia were professional and very friendly.
