Easily the greatest Dentists of all time. The whole team is great, from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between. If it were not because of the masks I’m sure you would only see smiling faces looking back at you. They make scheduling an appointment easy and they always work with you to make procedures painless. Judgment free zone! I’ve been coming here for years and I have never been judged on missing a cleaning or looked down upon for having a cavity. Make sure you ask for Van as your dental hygienist, she is literally the best.

Today I had my second visit and I had the best experience. It’s hard to say the dentist is a scary place at least at Sala Family Dentistry Cassie was my dental hygienist this time. I can begin to describe how great she was. I felt comfortable and safe that she was working on my teeth. And I hope to see her again. Monica the front desk lady was so much help overall I’ve had a excellent experience at Sala highly recommended

My family loves Sala! My son goes to their pediatric side and is always well cared for. My husband and I both go here also and are very pleased with the atmosphere and care we receive. Christine is my hygienist and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Veronica is amazing and always helps us with scheduling and any billing questions we may have. My family loves Sala and wouldn’t recommend trusting your dental care with anyone else. You can tell these doctors love what they do and appreciate their employees and patients by the quality of services they provide.

Truly an exceptional team led from the top down! I am new to Reno and met with Dr. Josh in an emergency dental visit that Veronica made sure to squeeze in immediately. Not only did he heal me right up, but he took care of another unrelated dental issue I had that other dentists wouldn't. While I was in that chair his awesome assistant Nedy kept me comfortable & entertained while she started on the work I needed. It was clear she loves her job and working with Dr. Josh. After meeting him I understood why. Dr. Josh is so thorough, professional and KIND--someone who clearly cares about people and providing excellent care. I left feeling so grateful that my visit was painless and happy to have found my new dental office.

Sala Family Dentistry is great. Cassie was my and she was amazing. She always had a smile on her face, a great chair side manner and very gentle. Dr. Brandon was great. He took some time to visit before he even started checking my teeth. He mentioned some things I need to really think about getting fixed and some other things they are watching but no pressure at all. Jason at the front desk was great to check out with. He made sure my appointments were all set up and all my questions were answered. Overall, going to the dentist isn't something at the top of my fun list but Sala is fantastic at making it a great experience.

Dr. Josh is the best!!! He has helped me work through so many issues, and is very understanding. I am a registered nurse of 4 years, and Dr. Josh has impeccable “chair side” manor! He definitely shows you that he cares. Ann, his right hand assistant, is also very caring. They always remember something about you to help you feel comfortable! I am a travel nurse, which means I have limited time and a very complex schedule, and they always work with me to get everything I need done! Not to mention how up front they are about billing! They will always give you a treatment plan and map out insurance as well as for much you will owe personally! Jannelle is just one of their awesome check out personnel ! I am so grateful to have stumbled across this place! They are honest, up front, and very caring! I am very thankful for all of their support.

The staff here was wonderful! I needed to get in for an emergency due to severe tooth pain. I was able to be seen that very morning I called! The staff was amazing and comforted me while experiencing a painful tooth ache. I was seen and provided care instantly! Now I have an established dentistry. I Would highly recommended them!
