Sala Family Dentistry

New to this area and read the reviews for the Sala Family Dentistry practice which is very impressive, made an appointment in just 3 days from my first call. I can say I am very thrilled to be a patient now and am so impressed with their attention to details, the warmth of each person providing services and the thoroughness as they walk through choices. Yes, I highly recommend. Erin, the hygienist is amazing (best cleaning ever!!) and Dr. Christina took me in a week after my cleaning to replace an aging crown. I am looking forward to a wonderful relationship with this practice.

BE CAREFUL!! There's a reason there are so many negative reviews about the billing department at this place. When I initially called, I asked specifically if they accepted my insurance and if they were in-network. I was told that they did, so I went in for an appointment and I had an amazing experience. The hygienist and dentist were super nice and very knowledgeable, which is really unfortunate because I will never be returning here. Cut to about one month after my appointment and I get a bill in the mail for over $300! As it turns out, they were NOT in network and they basically refused to take any responsibility for their wrongful claim. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that I was mislead and lied to. Take your business and pearly whites elsewhere!

Dr Justin and his assistants Shawna and Whitney helped me go from being terrified and needing sedation to getting a filling without nitrous. They are personable, kind, and created an environment that made me feel safe at the dentist. My teeth have all been fixed thanks to them!

Yes, I am adding a new review about the best dental office in Reno! Today I had some crowns placed and they are so natural and beautiful! My husband couldn't even tell them apart from the other teeth, they looked that natural! The ladies at the front desk, Monica and Becky greeted me warmly before I was even through the door completely. Dr. Justin and his assistant Whitney
always had my comfort in mind and worked great as a team to ensure my
crowns were placed perfectly! Veronica checked me out and was very kind as well as professional. Thank You to Sala Family Dentistry!

It won’t let me post a new review but I had to get a fill 5/6 and Dr Christina and her assistant Jade were amazing. Dr Christina was very thorough and personable. She walked me through everything she was doing and constantly tried to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated her because getting a fill can be stressful. Dr. Christina Even called me a few hours after to check on me which I thought was so amazing I’ve never had a dentist do that. I am so thrilled to have her as my dentist and really appreciate the care I received there from Jade, Becky at the front desk and Dr. Christina.

It was my first time here today and Iris was a great hygienist! She walked me though everything and Tricia was very helpful when Checking me out!

I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be harassed by their office after giving them all of your correct information. They seem very incompetent to find policies. You basically have to do their job for them. I haven’t even stepped into this office and I’ve already had a bad experience.

I absolutely cannot give a good enough review for this place. They are all wonderful!! I have been taken care of so well. I called with pain and they got me in the same day and they have done everything to cater to my needs. I would absolutely refer them to any family. They're timely, kind, compassionate, understanding, and every single staff member has seemed to go out of there way to make me feel comfortable and provided for. I have been going to Sala Family Dentistry for a over a year and have never been disappointed. Everyone from the dentists to Anna B my sweet and caring hygienist, to Jason who takes my money at the end of my visit has been kind, sincere and extremely helpful with all of my dental needs. I appreciate them all and highly recommend Sala to anyone who needs quality dental care.

Best dentist office in town! I have been a patient for 10 years I think...I feel comfortable and confident that my teeth are taken care of! Kandice is the only person in the world that I will let clean my teeth. She is amazing! Jason is always friendly and helpful. He makes sure that I understand my invoices, takes the time to make sure I am happy with my services, and makes sure that my dental needs are met. Love them both! The orthodontist and pediatric sides are awesome as well and Dr. Jason Sala is brilliant. :)
