I have been going to Friendly Dental for about a year now and it has been the best dentist I’ve ever had! Dr. Barnwell has done a great job and Erin at the front desk has been super helpful dealing with my insurance situation. All the employees are very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Friendly Dental!

I came to Friendly Dental with a toothache and they were able to fit me in quickly, take a look at it, and then extract it the very next day. Everyone here is so nice and they really put you at ease. Plus, the heated massage chairs and TVs in your appointment room certainly don't hurt. I'm so glad I found this place! I won't go anywhere else again if I can help it.

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to this dentist 2 days in a row. The first appointment was for my 21 month son first dental visit which went smooth. However, the 2nd day was my appointment and from the time I walked to the back everything went DOWN HILL. I arrived at 4:00 PM AND LEFT AT 5:50 PM WITHOUT GETTING ANY WORK DONE. When I was only visiting to get my routine cleaning. The lady that examine my teeth and completed my X-rays provided the worst customer service ever. She went on and on about me bringing my son I simply told her that the front desk was aware that he will be at the visit with me. She then had me take him to the front desk so I can have my xrays completed due to the radiation which is understandable but she wanted me to cancel my appointment for something that only take 5-10 mins to complete SMH! Once the x rays were completed I was able to get my son back and he sat there quietly the entire visit! While I was waiting they were taking a look at my teeth and telling me all the treatments I needed to have done at this time is is 5:00 PM. The lady was having multiple side bar conversations with her co workers that was no pertaining to my cleaning while she was typing up my treatment plan. Which made me feel very uncomfortable! Now it’s around 5:40 Pm and gentleman walk in and tell me that they have completed my treatment plan notes and he will walk me up front to go over the COST! Also, wrote me a recommendation to have my right side wisdom teeth removed by a oral surgeon. So, I asked him are they are doing my cleaning today. He responded no bc the DR. was working another patient and they were closing at 6:00 PM and she’s backed up. Why schedule me for my cleaning and not do it ! I took a day off work just for them to waste 1 hr 50 minutes of my time without any sympathy at all. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I want to say what started off Friday could have been a really bad day for me.However Friendly Dental stepped up and sure treated me well! Amanda , Kim, Erin, Dr. Barnwell, Dr. Hanks and the assistant whose name starts with a T were fabulous! They should have fussed at me but instead they were caring , professional and kind. Thank you!!

I've been coming to this practice for a year or so, and every time I leave, I rave about it! The staff is wonderful, the office is light and bright, and there is never any pain! I've had fillings put in, and they even numb your gums before the shot!
I really enjoy going to the dentist now..thanks!!!

Came here as an emergency same day literally in 10 mins they called my name and cleared me from my obgyn since I am pregnant which was done before i arrived , x-rayed my top teeth and told me I need a root canal in 2 teeth but i couldn't get it because i couldn't afford that and my insurance didn't cover it so i had no choice but to them pulled , i was also inflamed in those teeth so thats why i was in so much pain from what i was told so i was prescribed antibiotics ( that helped to make the pain stop ) and then i was set for an appointment to come back in 10 days after the medication was finished . When i came in for the appointment i sat for 2 mins and was called to the back i immediately was comforted by a woman who was in school to be a dentist i don't remember her name but she was sweet , to sum this visit i was given numbing medication in a needle three times in the mouth and that I will say was the worst pain EVER !! That needle wasn't a joke , and then waited a few and he pulled my teeth in 5 mins .. its been 3 days and i haven't had ANY pain from this extraction at all like he told me the first day I met him. . No i wasn't prescribed medication because he didn't believe in giving it to pregnant women but who cares i didn't need it anyway .. he was a great dentist

Awesome staff! Everyone is super, friendly, and courteous! They all really care about their patients and their well being! Had two teeth removed today and barely felt a thing! Great job to all!

Friendly Dental is wonderful! Everyone is so pleasant. Amanda was my dental hygentist today and it was by far the best cleaning and experience I have ever had at a dentist office! Thank you Friendly Dental!

I hate the dentist, hated it since childhood. I've recently gotten a root canal and fillings done here, I was traumatized at first but the doctor did an awesome job. He makes sure you're not in any pain or discomfort. :) I highly recommend.

Had a tooth pulled and one filled. Never in my life have I ever woke up the day after a tooth being pulled and not needed anything for the pain. I feel fantastic today. No issues whatsoever. On top of my mouth feeling great, the staff really live up to the name of the practice. Thank you guys so much! Glad I made you my dentistry!
