I highly recommend Dr. Barnwell at Friendly Dental of Rock Hill. I have been a dedicated patient since 2014! I enjoy his transparency, patient education and professionalism. I don’t care what city, state, area I’m assigned to for work, I always come back to Friendly dental even paying out of pocket with no dental coverage, they are affordable and have quality care. Special thanks to Catherine at front desk for being super nice, professional and presenting a friendly smile from entry to exit and Of course my Dentist Dr. B.

Whoever is at the front desk calling to confirm appts (she sound Hispanic) is very RUDE. I tested positive for Covid yesterday, she called to confirm the appt for Wednesday 12/7, asked me would I make the appt I told her “I responded to the automated text canceling because I have Covid” instead of saying “I’m sorry feel better” she respond for further references please let us about this ahead of time.. I’m sorry I didn’t know I was going to get Covid 2 days before. Very rude. Learn customer service. Definitely reporting to the BBB.

Hygienist are rude, lazy, and never on time. Hygienist and receptionist are more worried about where people park then doing their jobs! Horrible place wouldn’t recommend! Check out Kirol Family Dentistry instead!!!
