The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, and Dr. Joobbani has good chairside manner.
Claudia did a great job polishing my teeth and it doesn't hurt that she is very easy on the eyes ;).....

I really like that when I get there I dont have to wait a long time for the doctor to see me, I check in and get out on time. Dr. Barnwell at rock hill office is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. All my visits are very pleasant and friendly. They have staff that speaks spanish so it makes me feel more comfortable to me and my family.

Don't even bother going in if you're even just a few minutes late!! It's up to you if you want to reschedule or just find a new dentist altogether. I've never been to an office without a 15 minute grace period.

I was a new patient looking to get my teeth cleaned and the first few moments I was there I got a nasty attitude from caroline about my insurance not going through and having to reschedule. After filling out paperwork I was then guided back to take xrays. I told the dentists I was pregnant and they told me I had to have proof I was and a consent saying I could get my teeth cleaned . I go back up front to ask a question and caroline cuts everyone off to tell me they no longer can help me until I get a consent. I understand rules and regulations what I dont understand is the rudeness and unfriendly vibe I got her.
